Look, it's a taco food truck. With all the accolades of this place we went in with high expectations and they delivered. Got the carnitas, al pastor and carne asada tacos. They were excellent. My partner got the chicken and cheese burrito which she also said was great. The rice and beans on the other hand was just okay. Not standout great but just what you'd expect. All in all, worth visiting.
Food was mid. The lady that took our order charged us extra at first and we eventually received the wrong order... The atmosphere was not welcoming. I came because of good reviews and recommendations but both should be mid at best.
So glad we found some delicious tacos in Mariposa! The cashier was nice and the service was really fast. The tacos were a great size and the prices were decent. Highly recommend this taco truck!
This place will make you say “mama!” Carnitas super burrito was super succulent, very perfectly cooked pork! Nachos were FULLY LOADED, very agreeable portion after a day of work. Get there!
We stopped in Mariposa after driving down 49 and needed stretch our legs and walk the dogs. Luckily we came across this taco truck behind the museum. The staff were super friendly and they kindly gave a homeless man some food and drink for free. We ordered a pastor burrito and an asada burrito supreme. Both came out quickly and for a small burrito, the pastor burrito was quite a good size. Just meat, cheese, onion, and cilantro. The pastor was seasoned super nice and almost a bit sweet, but perfectly balanced with the onion and cilantro. The asada burrito supreme definitely lived up to its name. The hot salsa left a nice lingering spice that was occasionally cooled by a bite with sour cream. The asada was delicious as well, but not quite as good as the pastor. I'm glad we stopped here and walked around to find this place.

It's an all right taco truck about as authentic as it gets in the mountains. Seems to have more business than sals and that's been there longer so you tell me why the new one has more customers? That part
Good food, fast service! We stopped here a few days ago when we were done hiking and needed a quick bite after getting groceries.
