We ordered 2 fish tacos, 3 tacos al pastor, a mangonada, and some churros. The fish tacos were solid, but the tacos al pastor tasted like and felt like chorizo. The mangonada was lacking overall. And the churros tasted like frying oil, and were really greasy, making it an unpleasant experience. The service was good but the cooks have got to step their game up.
I went with my husband before we stopped at IKEA, it maybe 2 min drive. It was our first time going and it went well. We did not wait to long for our order. We got two orders of birria, one order of Al pastor, corn, churros, and horchata. The food tasted good, I especially liked the corn. The horchata and churros were okay. My husband loved his Al pastor and my birria was good
Went with my daughter to grab some food after an ikea run. I grabbed the birria tacos and she likes a plain chicken quesadilla. The birria tacos were solid but not what I’ve been used to. I don’t think the meat really soaked in the sauce.
My daughters chicken quesadilla was a dud. The chicken tasted super weird. Her dipping it in my consome saved it for her.
Paid $30 for 2 plates and 2 drinks. Their sign blames their rising prices on gas prices and inflation so there’s that lol
I ordered a carnitas burrito and asked for it to come their recommended way. It did not disappoint. The meat was tender and tasty, and the ingredients that were included in the wrap were delicious.
Found at the Long Wharf food trucks. Great authentic Mexican food at a great price. Nothing fancy, but you have a great view of Long Island Sound whole you enjoy your food.
Charge me $14 for three tacos when everybody else is selling them for two bucks each and gave me a sauce and didn’t say it was super spicy… it only hurt their own business, because I’d never go back there again. Had a good experience with a couple of the other trucks . I would say check out all the trucks before you stop and eat at any of them get prices first definitely my fault.
This truck had a large selection i usually love the food here but not today as you can see from my pictures disgusting never again
