I love Tacos Rodríguez with all mi corazón !
I grew up in PHX classic gringo style who had no idea how many amazing authentic taco shops there were if I decided to explore a bit and then I found this gem. What can I say other than it’s the best tacos / burritos / quesadillas / pastor / asada / birria in all of PHX !!
The owners have become my friends, and I thoroughly enjoy being there with them as they serve me their delicioso comida !!
They are kind people and make killer food, look it has 4.9 rating with 185 reviews that tells you everything.
I drive 35 minutes to eat here and do so multiple times a week without a second thought or hesitation. My current favorite is asada quesadilla (extra crispy…doradito) with fresh guacamole and pico de gallon on the side. With that said I have tried their pollo, pastor, and asada tacos on flour tortilla and have loved each time.
Pro tip: ask for queso fundido (melted cheese) on your flour tortilla carne asada tacos and also some fresh cut pineapple on the meat. Mmmmmmm I want it right now and I was just there yesterday LOL

Post gym meal went cray cray fr. The torta with al pastor was very good only wish they’d put more pineapple but regardless still very good. The champurrado was very delectable and creamyyy????????. The service was top notch felt very welcoming and homey. A good experience overall

Such a great place.. the only regret is that we didnt find this place sooner. Theres really nothing to ask for..The service is so good and they are also very friendly.. and the food omg! Its fantastic they can all be rude to me and id still buy here..???????????????? and the price are also really cheap in my opinion cheaper then most mexican restaurants I’ve eaten but the taste and quality on this place is off the roof!! Really amazing place we were realy happy well definitely come back!!????????
Me and my ❤️CORAZON❤️ where looking for this place, one of her friends told her about Tacos ???? Rodriguez so we tried it, I had six different tacos ???? cabeza, asada, and tripas. Can you guess which one was my favorite? ???? yup… you guessed it Tripas, it’s like tripas should be, crispy and delicious ???? my better half agreed with me, tripas! I also tried the ramen birria, OMG ???? can you say DELICIOUS ???? The customer service is excellent (a bit slow) but it always seems like that when you’re hungry ???? I highly recommend Tacos Rodriguez too everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The tacos and burritos here are amazing. When you drive up, the place might look a little sketch but it's always been safe and friendly. And I say this as an Asian dude who grew up most of his life in a very white suburban neighborhood.
Just got lunch here based on other reviews. I'm not from here but have had Taco Boys and Carolinas during other trips. Tacos Rodriguez is my favorite of the three. The service was phenomenal! He came out and took our orders and answered all our questions. Prices are great and most importantly the food was awesome. Everything tasted fresh and had so much flavor. They are located in a junk yard and have outdoor seating but we took our order to go. Stop by and support this little food truck!
I went there for some tacos and the food was so yummy! Definitely worth the prices which aren't terrible at all. Definitely will go back. They had my order out in 5 minutes or less and were super nice.
