I'm a delivery driver for Rancho Foods, and I deliver the meat here, so I know it's fresh . Pancho and his family are the best. Always make you feel like family and the food is fire ????
Neh .. the fries were soggy weren't cooked all the way... the meat wasn't right old tasting and tha gordita in the front wasn't customer friendly, attitude allllll the way Never again basura!! Keep this dump where its at ( where no one can see it ) Looks are deceiving nachos cheese ???????? I fed it to the stray dog ???? my stomach hurts ????
This place has great Mexican food, but the service and appearance of the place is subpar. Other than these minor issues, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is remarkably consistent in terms of quality, portion, and taste. For what it is, this place is good, but it could be great.
The customer service at this place was bad. There was no greeting, no "sorry for the wait", or "thank you for waiting", after they ignored us, while helping other people, then turning around and doing other things, first. If you're short staffed and busy, I understand, but have the decency to display some sort of customer service skills.
Second, it was VERY hot in there, as if ovens were just blowing hot air towards the counter. The was fans blowing the hot air around, from the kitchen.
This place is not a restaurant, which I was led to believe it was, based on other reviews.
Also, the man working at the mini-mart cash register (in the same building/room) was very rude, and spoke no words to us. He also added a random extra dollar to our drinks. Perhaps that was because I kept tasting my horchata, and kept having to add more ice. But that's a stupid thing to charge an extra dollar for.
The food was okay. But, the items with asada had a lot of salt! They were not even edible that way.
We spent a lot of money here, with rude customer service. It is in a pretty ghetto neighborhood, and the building outside is ugly. We will not be back.
Working out of town and stopped here with a few drivers I was working with for lunch and WOW the Menudo was on point good size bowl too, definitely recommend trying this lil joint out.
Best Mexican food ever. Flavor, texture and has a great price
Melted piece of what seems to be PLASTIC IN MY BURRITO. So disgusted! Flies are where the salsa is at and their customer service sucks.. girl was so rude. This was my second time here trying to give them another chance but for sure it's my last. First time the tacos had something gritty like I was eating dirt, probably dirt from cilantro they don't clean.
No complaints, this place is great been going here for years. Yes it has its ups and down but food still stays delicious
