Best WLM Reviews

This was a pleasant experience from the karaoke going on upon entry to the service and delicious food.
While this was my first time i had atrempted to stop by before but it would be my luck they were closed or something would come up last minute right before entering.
The individual singing can get down and i assumed was a small band playing before noticed was karoake.
So anyways the food usually like to order variety bit the molcajete seemd so tempting decided to order that. While ibsat down amd. Was brought a menu didnt even notice they brought the. Soup sopa de fideo instea dof chips of sals which is differnt and was surprisingly delicious specially with the weather it was perfect.
I ordered a clamato non alc which is named michelada mineral prepared with mineral water. It was delicious as well.
They didnt take long to being food out and it looked amazing amd tasted even moreso once i got to taste it. The. Meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
You get a choice of 1 large flour tortilla or 4/5 corn tortillas. I ordered flour as 5hink goes best with molcajetes unless corn are frwshly made which im not sure if thats the case here.the flourtoetilla was bit crispy and enjoyed it as such.
The staff which beleieve were the owners were very welcomingvand friendly upon entering. The service was great a very intimiate community family vibe.
My only regret is not habing tried this sooner. I would highly recommend it and hopefully can stop by soon to try other dishes.
While the molvajete may be at the higher end of their menu prices the one thing i noticed they offere wide variety of options in various price ranges which is great.
Noticed they sell simple appetizer items which are great for craving such as an avocado tostada and if on a budget.
Definately give them a try.
I was reading somewhere it was the best kept secret in Brighton. I’m gonna have to agree with that. Totally didn’t expect the inside to be as large and even with a little sit up bar. The sign outside and the sign inside and the menus don’t match, so make sure you’re looking at the menu when you’re ordering and not picking a number off of the sign as you come in the back side. Because it will be something completely different. I had a piña colada it was pretty good pork tacos were also very good. The steak and onion jalapeño tacos I was told was also at the top. So give it a try they are really really good. It is all strictly Mexican food and definitely worth trying out.
TLDR: Amazing authentic food, but poor service.
The best/most authentic Mexican food I have had. I got the barbacoa burrito, tostada, and cauldo(soup). For an appetizer I had fideo and tacos de papa(potato tacos). All the food was delicious and had that homemade taste and feeling. The only thing holding this place back was the service. When we came it was a bit busy at first, so having a longer wait time/getting our order taken is understnadle. It was after about half the restaurant was empty and there was only the people at the bar that it got frustrating. It was almost as if the waiters did not want to check up on us. For refills or to order some more food.
First time and it was great! Food was authentic and tasted great! We went in later in the evening so no waiting. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.
The food here is amazing and every time you come there’s a different kind of appetizer soup served. My favorite is the lentils. It’s Amazing.
Food was delicious 10/10 for me, I can’t complain really on the taste, everything was pretty authentic. My only complaint would probably be the portion size, i felt like it could have been a better experience if the portion would have been a bit bigger. Other than that my husband and i loved the place, it was clean, nicely decorated and restrooms were squeaky clean as well. We’ll be back for sure!
I finally decided to stop here after passing it many times. The service started a little slow but they were apologetic and recovered quickly. That's many places these days. I ordered a smothered carnitas burrito and asada torta with sides of beans and rice. All were delicious and the prices were fair. The place is cozy, bright and clean. I can't wait to come back and try other items from the rather large menu. Everything I saw being served looked and smelled great!
Service was terrible owners. Daughter was extremely loud. Moving the table was. I thought it was my ex-wife really mad Chips and salsa $5. Can you give me a cup of soup? That only cost 10 cents food was really actually good, but the environment was extremely terrible. Do not recommend this place
