Since I was in the area, I was in the mood to try a new place. I wasn't familiar with this place but I was with the plaza this taco place is in so I parked and looked at their menu. I decided I would try out their burrito so since I came in the morning, I was able to find parking. Finding parking in this plaza will be the hardest part coming here if you come after lunch time. I first thought they weren't open since I didn't see the open sign but when I got closer to the store, I saw the lights were on. When I walked in, I saw that they will charge an extra free if you pay by credit card so be aware of this. I put in the order of a carne asada burrito and asked for no beans. I also asked what else was in it and she just told me rice, meat, cilantro and salsa. I went to their salsa bar to get some extra salsa and pico de Gallo. I like that their salad bar is in a refrigerated area so it stays nice and cool. My burrito didn't take long to make like 5 minutes and I took it to go. I think they give you a decent size burrito and a good portion of carne asada. I thought some of the carne asada was overcooked so it was hard to chew and didn't have much taste. Their red sauce was okay but it's not my favorite, I felt the same about the pico de Gallo. So my burrito was okay but I wouldn't likely get it again if I was to come back.
I walked in the two women didn’t greet us I know your busy but be polite and make customers feel like they are welcomed. I ordered a combination for tacos and got some drinks since my son didn’t want to eat the older lady rolled her eyes and said all those drink and no food ???? woman we don’t have to get food to buy drinks????????♀️ then she said I had to pay $20.25 when clearly it asked for $18.49 I guess she charged her own tip I was planning on leveling them a higher tip since it’s a small restaurant but you know what the service is bad check your receipts when you come and eat here
Lady at the front tried to charge me $2 extra dollars for the same order of burrito and chips i’ve been getting every morning for the past year. Does customer loyalty not mean anything? I mentioned that the chips is usually charged a $1. She said “oh you should have mentioned that you wanted the $1 chips… But the $2.50 chips is in the same exact bag is $1 bag. So not only did she try to scam me but she takes me for an idiot… Customer loyalty and respect is clearly not a value here. Will never go here here again and suggest anyone who has self-respect to not come here and support this kind of business.
I should mention I’ve had food poisoning here 2 times but only continued to come because its the only mexican restaurant on my commute back home.
Best Mexican food around the area so far my opinion. I always order the wet burrito or regular burrito. I recently came to this location and got to try the nachos and I expected it would have had tomato and guacamole how Mexican nachos have but it didn't have any of that I was a bit disappointed. Next time I'll be sure to check my order be taking it out. Other then that the employees are fast and polite and the place it's clean.
Love their food, but 1 of their servers is RUDE. Making phone orders can be tough with her. I would love to be able to recommend this place but that woman is too much.
The employees are always super friendly and the cooks are always singing! Andddd the food is beyond delicious!
I’ve tried the soups, quesadillas, tacos and they WERE SOO GOOOODDD! Juicy, crunchy, tasty. Ima go there again :3
