I’ve been living in Coeur d’Alene for seven years. We are from Southern California where there is a lot of culture and extraordinary food. Here we were missing our fresh tacos at a reasonable price not compromising quality and tacos. Los Panchos has made our standards. They are by far the best Mexican tacos I’ve had here in the Pacific Northwest, highly recommended you will enjoy it
Another hidden gem in CdA. Found this place on a suggestion from my physical therapist. I was CA born and raised, lived in AZ, and have had legit taqueria food in many other places besides. N. ID has left me underwhelmed until today. Carne Asada burrito, no frills, beans meat and rice only. Salsa en el lado. The only negative was at the bottom of that fatty, the grease was dripping out quite freely. It kind of made the last 1/8 not as enjoyable. I own a food truck also, so I give my reviews the way I'd like to hear them. Honestly.
Highly recommended, I have a new Mexican food source, they blow away everything I've tried so far in 4 years here.
My wife and I had our first trip to CDA, and when we go back, we'll be stopping by here every time.
I ordered a 3-taco plate with beans and rice. I had the chicken, steak, and al pastor tacos. My wife had the pork enchiladas. All GREAT FOOD.
This place is seriously the best mexican food in town. The burrito was the size of my face and sooooo so good. Hard shell tacos are a win and the pork is literally to die for ????
Food is amazingly on par with the best of Southern California and Baja California. Its amazing just how good the food is. Authentic flavors and textures bring childhood tears to my eyes.

I grew up in San Diego and I know excellent Mexican food. I’ve been up and down Baja Mexico numerous times. This food is so good and unbelievably on par with the San Diego Mexican food scene. I’m so grateful to have found this place. The owners are great people too!
