As the first customer here at their new restaurant, I can say the taste of this food reminds me of home. Authentic mexican spices, robust flavor and a hearty filling. Tacos La Familia food trucks were delicious but this Mexican buffet is amazing. Spacious, family friendly, warm atmosphere and did I mention the food? Haha

Really awesome place to get quality Mexican food. Prices are good. The food is GREAT and has a variety of flavors. Try the tortas, unbelievable.
This review is for the taco truck in the Sherwin Williams parking lot on Ken Pratt: We moved here from Tucson, Arizona seven years ago and I have not found a place with better tacos anywhere around. I've probably eaten here a dozen times and have never been remotely disappointed. The whole family loves it!
Go there for lunch a few times a week. Always quick service and the sopes al pastor are the best I've had. Authentic Mexican food.
If you want an amazing burrito with flavor that explodes your senses on what a burrito should be. This is the place to go. I ordered a steak burrito an it...was...amazing. youll have to try it for yourself. Definitely coming back as my favorite burrito/taco truck!
Went to the restaurant finally after having their food from the taco truck multiple times. Their cucumber-pineapple water was delicious! We had street tacos with al pastor, asada, and the barbacoa. We also had the quesabirrias and they were phenomenal. We've been wanting to try them for a long time and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Will be returning frequently!
Hands down the best mexican food in Longmont! Every time we eat here the food is on point no matter what we get. My 2 favorite so far are the lengua tacos ( going to try the sopas next!) And any of the tortas. The customer service is great. I sit and watch all the people who drive by and have no idea what they're missing.
