Great food . . . Sunday's special is Queso Birria which is absolutely the best.
The best Mexican tacos I have ever had. If you have only had American tacos with lettuce and cheese and want to try authentic Mexican tacos, soft corn tortilla with cilantro and onion, then go here.
I recommend the tacos campichanos, beef and charioso for some spice. The torta campichanos is filled with meat ane amazing. The quesadillas are excellent as well. Everything is served with grilled onions and a jalapeño and the sauces are excellent.
Was in the Lee’s Summit area and wanted tacos, found this place on Google & I’m very glad I did. I didn’t know it was a truck so I called looking for a menu. The guy was very nice and said just text me your order but I decided to just go! They did not disappoint. (No menu lol but they explained they have tacos, quesadillas and something else.) The flavor options were on the truck ( no chicken). I got Birria, steak and Al pastore. The steak and alpastore were my fav! So much flavor. They give you a great amount of chopped onion, cilantro, radish and cucumber; also grilled onions and a jalapeño, guacamole and different sauces including verde. Everything is very authentic and delicious! I just found my new taco spot.
Top quality flavor, the tacos taste and look like someone’s grandmother (abuelita) made them. The birria with grilled peppers and onions tacos is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. And if you just want a cheese quesadilla, that’s amazing too for being just a tortilla and cheese. They’re located in the parking lot of Safelite Glass (a service station at one time in history so it has charm like the O.G. Oklahoma Joes in nearby Kansas. I wish they would put up a menu with prices. Def five stars for quality.
One of the best taco spots in the kansas city area. Appears to be a family own business. Always very polite and the food is even better!!!
I had the pleasure of going here after my parents recommended. The service was quick, the staff keep the line moving so it really didn’t take too long to get the tacos. I paid $9 for 4 tacos & it really isn’t a bad price. I’ve had worse tacos for a lot more. I had Birria, Al Pastor, & Campechano. Every meat was SO good. The tortillas held together and complimented the meat well. The salsas are both good & it isn’t tacos without limón, radishes, a grilled jalapeño & grilled onions. I will definitely tell my friends to give this spot a go. Why go to el torito for horrible service when you can come here for incredible service?
Tuve la suerte de comer estos tacos que varios me han recomendado. Compre de birria, al pastor, y campechano. Cada taco tuvo un sabor riquísimo. Todo me encanto desde el servicio hasta el chile toreado. No pierdas tu tiempo en ir a KCK o otro lugar. Aquí están unos de los mejores tacos en KC.
The tacos here are ????and very affordable. I think I spent $7.50 on mine. My boyfriends Burria quesadilla was very good as well.
i saw the reviews and was craving tacos so i pulled up. got three birria tacos and a steak quesadilla. figured i’d save the quesadilla for later cause id be full. i ate all of it in 10 minutes. i will be back for round 2… and 3 and 4-
