Every time I have come here everyone is really friendly. The last time I was there I tried their carne asada torta and it was delicious! It also comes with fries. I also ordered an horchata which was also really good. This is my new favorite place to get tortas.
It was our first time here and I will definitely come back again. I ordered an al pastor torta and my fiance ordered super corn quesadilla with shrimp and they were both delicious and a good amount of food. Prices are a bit high but overall it's worth it.
Staff was very friendly and service was great.
The outdoor seating area was really nicely done. There were 8 picnic style tables with umbrellas. Parking was easy too.
No listed prices but regular tacos seem to be around 4 bucks and burritos around 12. They were out of a lot of things so that was disappointing.
Parking lot can get pretty cramped but people are always leaving. The little lot is actually pretty cute though with lots of picnic tables and umbrellas, cornhole, and a strapped security guard posted up.

Steak, Lengua, and Shrimp were all good. Tripas was very dry and leathery so not a fan of that. I wish I could have tried the al pastor or fish but they ran out... It comes with a chip and some potatoes on the side so that's... fun I guess. I would say three is enough to fill up a normal person but four if you're really hungry.
My friend got the super burrito and holy... this thing is huge like I swear 15 inches huge. Didn't get a price break down but it might be like 14-16 bucks and honestly that doesn't seem too bad.
Fantastic food! Burritos, tacos, and quesabirria are all top notch. Great location and perfect seating set up. The meat is flavorful and ingredients are super fresh. Definitely a new go to!
One of the most delicious burritos I've ever eaten in my life. And I'm a very picky person. Everything is made from scratch and the Birria is hand shaved right from the skewer. Wonderful ????????

I absolutely love Tacos La Calle at 98 E Lewelling Blvd, San Lorenzo, CA 94580! This Mexican food truck, conveniently located across from Crunch Fitness, has become my go-to spot for delicious tacos. The overall experience is fantastic – from the amazing food to the excellent customer service and pleasant atmosphere.
However, there are a couple of considerations to keep in mind. Since it’s an outdoor location, it can get quite chilly, but it seems like many patrons opt for takeout. Personally, I find it perfect after a good workout at Crunch Fitness.
One thing worth noting is the payment system. They accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle, but no credit cards. If you choose Venmo or Zelle, be cautious with the numbers to avoid any payment hiccups.
Despite these minor points, I highly recommend Tacos La Calle to anyone looking for a top-notch taqueria experience. It’s my favorite post-exercise spot, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!
I love this place!!! Not only do they have really good food but, they turned that old untended corner into a festive spot that looks very nice and inviting. Love La Calle
Had the Tacos queso birria and they were delicious!!! Will definitely go again. Ate under the picnic table umbrellas. Clean.
