This food truck tops the list for satisfying your taco craving. Their shredded chicken tostada was great, as were the tacos and salsas! I've been a few times and they are consistent.
Hi I'm Max and I'm a taco addict. Tacos El Tio is my favorite al pastor taco I've ever had at any taco truck, Mexican restaurant or friends house period, of all time. The family that runs this truck are always sweet, kind and helpful. My go to is 8 tacos Al pastor, 4 guacamole cups, 4 crema cups and 4 pico cups, The orange habanero salsa, rice and beans. Happy camper for at least 2 days. Everything reheats really well in an oven in a foil wrap.
Update: still amazing, still friendly, still my favorite. Literally can't pick something you won't like.
Another update: so consistently good. It's not worth going anywhere else if you want tacos at this point
This food is made with love! Delicious all around. The sauces are a little too spicy for my white self but I still love the tacos! I also grabbed a bag of Duros ????
Since moving to Alabaster I have been incredibly disappointed with the Mexican food in the area. I finally figured out I just need to go to the trucks in the area or to Pelham. This is by far my favorite little place to eat by me if I'm craving some tacos.
Regular customer and I have nothing but great things to say. Portions are generous, flavor is robust, and price is more than reasonable. Very fast and friendly service. We are fortunate to have this family-owned business here in Alabaster. Customer service is excellent! Burritos, tacos, everything is great! Very consistent. You won’t be disappointed.
I assumed this place would offer basic tacos since I always see it parked at Advance Auto Parts, so I bought 1 shrimp taco to try it. It was incredibly good! Beef and chicken tacos are $3 and all the other meats are $4. They also have burritos, quesadillas, and tostadas. I highly recommend this truck. The food is tasty and convenient.
I live 40 mins away but anytime I’m close to this side of town I have to grab some tacos. Guy at the front is always friendly, great customer service and the food is delicious!
Just went to get burger King and saw this truck. So myself and two others decided to try this and man. The guy at the window made no hesitation to help and be cool. The food from all orders was delicious and filling. Definately gonna get from them again.
