Best WLM Reviews

This place was easy to find right on sunset blvd. The tacos were delicious a bit on the greasy side but definitely delicious.
Great spot! Saw him randomly driving one day. I decided to try it out and I can say it reminded me of Mexico a lot. Turns out he has his own page :)
I ordered two tacos and they filled me right up. This gentleman knows how to make his tacos. Highly recommend it to anyone.
Had a Pastor Burrito It was more salty than meat tacos were good
I recently stopped by the sidewalk taco stand on Sunset Boulevard and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. The tacos were filled with flavorful and tender meat, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the stand was lively and energetic. I would highly recommend this taco stand to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and authentic Mexican meal. The prices were also very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of the food. All in all, a fantastic dining experience that I will definitely be returning to in the future.
I have lived for 20 years in the US now... We visited from Houston TX.
These have been hands down the best tacos I ever had in the US, including Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Sorry homies... The primo takes the prize!! First time in Cali, but if I ever make it back, we will be back for more...
Everything was delicious. Best tripa tacos, carne asada too, great salsas and the cucumbers and radishes were and unexpected but welcome touch.
Super generous horchata size and it was really tasty, not watered down with half a glass worth of ice like in most places.
Keep up the good work primo!! ????????????????
Dang. A few years ago this was the best (not so) secret taco stand in Echo Park. Sure, Leo’s has and always will have the Al pastor, and taco zone is unrivaled for mulitas, but for tacos and burritos, especially asada, this was the the best. Now it’s just the place I sometimes have to go when I’m starving and want food on the way home. Prices went up along with everything else, so I don’t blame them for suddenly selling $2.50 tacos and $10 burritos (as pricy or pricier than anything in the neighborhood). Or even for charging so much and not providing sauce cups (which to be fair, they’ve never bothered to do). What sucks now is the complacency. At that price you get meat that’s been sitting long enough it’s turning gray. And when they used to slap tortillas on the griddle for every order, now they’ve been sitting a while more often than not. Inflation sent prices up, but I don’t know what caused the quality to drop a lot. Sad to see my favorite taco stand take such a turn. Used to be guaranteed freshness now it’s just kind of meh. Oh well.
Got a burrito with cheese and avocado and it came up to 16 bucks...
Amazing. Tacos were freshly made to order and were absolutely delicious. Having tried a few taquerias in LA this trip, I liked El Primo a lot for their tortillas and the crispy texture of their meats. The salsa/condiment bar was excellent as well. Great value for great food!
