If you’re around the northwest suburbs you gotta stop by at tacos el Norte. It’s a must try for any taco lover/ Mexican food lover. The service is great. The employees are very nice and friendly. The owners are there also to assist customers. You gotta try their sea food as well. Soups are a must try also. Specially the pozole, shrimp soup and menudo on weekends.
Since 2012, this taco joint has held a special place in my heart. I initially discovered it while working nearby and found myself ordering lunch almost daily for an entire year before changing jobs. Though my visits became less frequent, my affection for their tacos never waned. Now that I work in close proximity once more, I eagerly indulge in their offerings each week.
Their tacos truly stand out, and while the rest of the menu is also appetizing, it's the tacos that keep me coming back. My all-time favorites are the BBQ Pork and Chorizo, fully loaded with all the fixings. I can effortlessly devour six in a single sitting.
Not only do they serve delectable tacos, but their service is impressively swift, both in-store and for delivery—outpacing even the neighboring establishments.
With unbeatable prices, top-notch tacos, and a burst of flavors, this is a must-try spot for any taco aficionado.

1 taco $1.00 or more tasty so good
But here most expensive tacos I eat.
Taste LA king taco much better.
The tortillas they make come out as rubber, the meats okay. Has a steak quesadilla too and was good. Haven't tried the rest but wouldn't recommend the tacos.
Awesome food and service. Restaurant atmosphere is casual and clean, but is in a strip mall and unfortunately feels like it. It is just lacking some decor that is on par with the great food.
Tacos El Norte has been our Grubhub pick for several years now. They were an obvious choice for our small catering event and as expected, didn't fail to deliver. The food is always excellent and the service is exemplary!
