I hate to say this review because this is our go to and they are super nice
Me and my wife go here often. And usually it is freakin' awesome!
However, I just brought the food home. And it's too dang far to take it back. First, they slapped my 5 super tacos together after they gave it to me as regular tacos. Second, all of the Asada meat is undercooked and rubbery. And the meat literally smells bad. And usually, the Asada from Don Hugo is on point.I'm so disappointed. I just spent $35 bucks there and all this food is going in the trash.

When there are taco trucks on every corner, you would think they are all the same. This is not the case with Tacos Don Hugo. There’s something special about this truck. I personally always get either their asada tacos or the bowls and both always have not disappoint. To top it off, their hot sauce/salsa bar is definitely another reason why they are so special. Definitely try all the sauces and find one that fits with your liking. Either way, great flavors, great price and definitely great spice and my go-to taco truck!
So Don Hugo's on Main St. Cook their pork separate outside the wagon. Once you taste this pork you will forever remember this place. My only complaint was I was asked if I wanted cilantro in my quesadilla(of course), yet I don't know why she asked bcuz I had more cilantro on my corn flakes this morning for breakfast!
Bad customer service. While i was ordering i was looking in the back and i seen a girl eating a burrito while she was preparing other peoples food that isnt right that is nasty and I ordered 1 taco de pastor just to try out and I'm glad I only ordered 1 it was super greasy. Oil was dripping from the tortilla. Also the salsas are outside and right when I was going to put some on my taco I seen BUGS in the salsa . I don't recommend this place.
Love.the food cool place to eat has lot of lights around the place well needed because of the area but you got n I e and fast service. Maybe only thing i have to say is that the salsa can you guy make some that not so hot when its supposed to be mild. Lolo
Bomb tacos and bomb papa rellenas. Basically a bake potato ???? with Carne AL pastor on it with sour cream and sauce. Opens at 530 pm though, but great food. ????
The tacos are great but the prices are a little high for street tacos....
