Incredibly good food to a surprising degree! Ordered Adobada Tacos, a Carne Asada Mulita, and a Quesadilla with both those types of meat. Really blows away expectations in terms of flavor. The tortillas are fresh and handmade on site. Most other taco spots in the US that I’ve tried pale in comparison (and I like tacos). And the employees are super friendly and accommodating. Only downside is it’s cash only, but won’t knock them for that. Please accept Venmo, Zelle, Square Cash, card, or other payment alternatives to make life easier :)

Wow one of the best taco stands I’ve ever had! I got the asada quesadilla and the meat was tender AND crispy at the same time. Salsa and guac were super flavorful too. Can’t wait to be back to try the adobada!
We came after going to my mom’s cousin’s house, and like any good Mexican we went to eat tacos nearby. I am not a taco fan. These tacos were very good!! The tortillas were handmade and they were generous with their guacamole. They also had four different agua frescas with pineapple and horchata as well as ones not usually seen, like dragonfruit and what I believe was strawberry. I got the dragonfruit and it was so good ????. Now I know why my mom likes tacos so much hehe.
Driving down W Mission Blvd Friday night after seeing a play at the PUSD Auditorium, looking for a bite to eat, when the light & a crowd of people caught our eyes, had to make a u-turn & check it out. So glad we did. We were at Tacos Don Cuco TJ. Tortillas a mano, great selection of meats & items & welcoming smiles greeted us. Super recommend. Food delicious & the tortillas a mano thin & tasty. Must go again.
The carne asada was so hard to chew it was so hard and I’m not sure why they don’t try their food before serving it. The meat and salsa,tortillas, guacamole had no flavor no seasoning. But the carne asada they are using is not top quality and they are charging it! Very disappointing don’t go there! ????????
I live down the street and this was The closest spot for tacos. Although I’d give 5 stars for the portion of meat and the flavor but the price is pretty steep! Had I known how expensive it would be I would’ve chose a restaurant and would’ve got a drink with the price I paid. I’ve had tacos that just as good for half the price! Guess I’ll take the extra drive and pay the 4.79 per gallon in gas to save $26
Horrible chicken tacos, Asada tacos low quality meat with chunks of fat.
These tacos were amazing. We came for a trip and happened to see them. The service was great and the food was amazing. The prices were also super cheap.
