Solid taco spot. Favorite was the carnitas mulitas w/green sauce, verde salsa, and onions/cilantro. Chicharron was nicely braised. Think they said third one was Al pastor but didn't looked like it, some type of pork taco which was decent. Corn tortillas were freshmade and nice, especially thicker ones for the mulitas.

"This place is incredible. Period. It is honestly better than Leo's!" was my original review and I still stand by it.
But recently I just got banned because I took too many limes. Not because I took too many limes specifically, but because when I was taking the limes, the owner told me I had to pay for limes next time (to be fair I was taking a lot of limes). When the owner told me that I would have to pay for limes, I started sarcastically leafing out cash saying "how much does a lime cost? One dollar? Two dollars? Three dollars?"
So they banned me. I probably would have done the same to myself if I were in their shoes. I was acting like an entitled jerk. Previously I had asked them to remake 2 tacos that were poorly packaged so I definitely had it coming.
Idk if they lied about who they were or what but as a Mexican, this is NOT the spot. Sorry, I wanna support my people but only if it’s fair. Mexican is not hard to get right…
Bring cash and ask them for their hours because they sometimes aren't there.
As a picky Mexican away from home, this place ALWAYS hits the spot. Absolutely love these tacos they take me right back to my hometown. The tortillas are handmade and amazing, the meats are super authentic and flavorful and don't even get me started on the sauces ???? ! The workers are the nicest hustlers and I adore them!
Will be coming back more than I should lol.
(Better than Leo's not gonna lie... Cheaper and faster too)
