Food was great and service was decent. The tostada was one of the better ones I've had from a restaurant. The steak and potato burrito was good as well.
I have always loved taco taco, my daughter warned me it wasn't too good anymore but I wanted Taco burgers, deluxe Sancho, &tacos.. I was very disappointed my 4buns were cold, meat didn't taste the same , hardly had any meat in Sancho&taco shells could break a tooth but one thing my dogs liked their 20+$ treat. What's wrong ???????? TACO TICO

I frequent this restaurant and it's beyond delicious. Recently we dined in at lunch. They seemed to be understaffed. A younger man was working very hard at the register and also tried to get orders out. He needed help.
I believe there were 2 people in the kitchen.
They messed up my friend's order. The lady had a bad attitude and was tacky when she asked to have it fixed.
It was the only time I've ever had a mediocre experience there. I worked in the service industry for 10 years, and I believe that it's important for service employees to realize that the customer is paying for a service.
