Taco Taco has stellar food. People that work there are kind and considerate and hard-working. They make good connections, but also l cook the food and get orders filled quickly and accurately.
Inside is fine for waiting, but there are no tables to eat so it’s really a takeout place. They do now accept credit cards so that’s helpful for those who don’t carry cash.
We think the Al Pastor tacos are excellent. Steak tacos are very good. The guacamole is on the plus side. Haven’t got them in a while, but really like their tostadas with steak or Pastor.
Tacos come with the choice of cilantro and onion or lettuce and tomato. Go for the real and get cilantro and onion.
They also give out free hot sauce and peppers. The peppers also come with carrots and garlic that are excellent.
Incredible service! This place has amazing tacos. We got the steak, chicken tacos, and rice. Super fast service and very friendly. Will definitely be back! ????????
I don’t normally leave reviews, but the food quality at this place was so bad I was compelled to. I got a chicken quesadilla thinking that would be hard to mess up. It was so dry. The chicken and the actual tortilla were so dried out, only sour cream or salsa could save it, except they don’t give that to you!! Guacamole for a small cup is $7, which seems insane to me! The Mexican rice was flavorless and also $4 for the smallest cup imaginable. The steak in the steak burrito was also so tough. I would not come back here again.
Consistently the best taco spot in all of Countryside! Prices are phenomenal, but their tacos are even better. Also genuinely the greatest peppers I have ever had from anywhere! Always the kindest and quickest employees. You can tell they care about what they put out.
I ordered the deluxe nachos, they were not good. The steak was not good.. I ordered it bc it looked good in the pictures.
This was my first and last time going to this spot. $12 for this dish too.. expensive for what you get. Quality is NOT there .
Staff was nice, the portion size was big.
The best Mexican food in Countryside hands down. La grange too. The owners make your food in front of you fast. It's always clean and they're never empty so the food turnover is great. We love to get the fish & chorizo tacos on corn tortillas and steak burrito after a night out but we've never had anything we didn't like. You can walk in but if you call in you'll get it even faster usually takes less than 10 minutes so it's ready by the time you get there and you can save the wait.
Terrible place I was there 10 mins before they closed. There were two guys one of the guys told the other one to locked the door and turn off the open sign. I knocked on the door and one of the guys ask the other guy if it was ok to let me in and the answer was no.
I was a new customer to this place.
If you want to close 10 mins or 5 mins early then change your hours accordingly. I am never coming back here again.
It’s a hit or miss on the amount of food you will get. One time it’s good the next time you go it’s not sometimes they seem to be skimping on the actual food but still charge you for the price it should be if it was pack with the goodies
