Sad to see a local place go downhill like this. Not that long ago their carne asada fries absolutely filled the box, were enough for my girlfriend and I to share and both be full, and came with a handful each of red & green salsa in 2 oz cups.

Today not only was there only a single red, and a single green salsa, but they were in small 1 oz cups, with about half the food I'm used to receiving. There was so much empty space in the box that I had to check the menu to see if I'd accidentally ordered a new small size.

We had to go to Taco Bell after finishing it to fill our stomachs. Guess we'll just go there from now on.

Do not ever order from here guys!!! Every single time I order they never fail to get things wrong! I've order on uber eats, a few times and always spending around 50-60 dollars for food I cant eat that the store nor uber eats will refund, waste of money!!! and I completely understand a mistake every now and then, but EVERY SING TIME they get it wrong.

Tacos Rapidos was waayyyy better! we come here every now and than, this visit we spent $40 on 2 orders of Carne Asada fries and both had super burnt fries so yeah I said something and second order was still trash, hard as F fries no flavor or full filling in fries meat was ok but why over cook the fries so damn much!? My sign not to come back here again ????

Usually go to the one on havana, but this one was on my way home. Drive-thru person argued with me about what I ordered. He misunderstand what I said apparently and gave me a different items. Instead of me try to pay the extra to get what I asked for he just argued with me and gave me dirty looks. Definitely won't go back to this one.

It took me 25 minutes through the drive thru to get cold food, definitely never eating there again.

Really Bad service I waited for 15 min or more to order there was NO ONE is the lobby Instead the lady was joking and playing with other people in the back in the kitchen I didn't even have the chance to order anything instead.I just left because nobody took my order..

I miss when this was tacos rapidos.

Service sucks, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s been the 3rd time we gotten the wrong order in the drive thru line /: massive bummer n waste of money

Was new here Searched up tacos rapidos when arrived here at night and accidentally bought this sorry excuse for Mexican food at taco star and it would be half decent if atleast the cheese wasn’t cold on my burrito 0 stars if I could
