This little food truck roadside stand has the BEST tacos and burritos I've ever had. We ordered the asada tacos, Katrina burrito, and homemade guacamole and they were all phenomenal!
The guac has a really unique flavor profile. I couldn't put my finger on it. It was very different, but in a wonderful sort of way.
Can't stop thinking about this place. I'm salivating remembering how good it was, and it's 6:38am.
We were finding a spot for lunch during our drive from Grand Canyon to Phoenix Airport. Got attracted by this food truck with giant cactus view at 232 Exit on 17 interstate road. It has nice outdoor seats. All clean and great service. You just pay and wait for food to come. We ordered fish, pastor, shrimp, asada tacos, guacamole & chips and Mexican coke. All are great and came with great amount. I like pastor the most. Definitely our best meal of this trip. You don’t want to miss this food truck if you are also driving on 17 road and need some delicious Mexican food! If you wonder, they do have restroom to use from the construction company at the back of the food truck.
Being that we are from another state (North Carolina) it’s great to find authentic food where ever we go. Instead of this being a “hole in the wall” type food place (where you find the good authentic local stuff) we called this the “hole in the hill” ????!
There were 4 of us and from every person who had order enjoyed there food greatly. We ordered the cheese ???? and chicken ???? quesadilla as well as chicken fajita ????burrito (which was huge) and 4 tacos ????!
It was easy to find parking ????️ and this place was a great stop, eat and go kinda place.
Was not sure what to expect.... It was amazing. Extremely polite and sweet employees! The food was great and we would highly recommend this place!
The best burrito I’ve ever had. I had the Katrina burrito and I recommend it.
This truck is off the main drag. It is well worth the hunt. This place puts out the most amazing food!!!! They do accept card payments, but you should come prepared for the tip jar. They deserve the extra love. The Katrina’s Burrito was out of this world.

We stopped here on our drive from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon and then again on our drive from Sedona to Scottsdale!!! So good!! It's a good truck on the side of the road right off the highway. It's just perfect?
My husband and I were visiting Arizona from Canada for a week to see family. We were staying in New River and noticed this taco stand from the freeway. My husband is originally from AZ and always speaks of how authentic the Mexican food is. This is as authentic as it gets!
Very friendly service, cool vibes and incredible food. Tacos are loaded! Loved every bite.
