I have paid a visit to this taco John's at least 5 days a week for the last 5 and a 1/2 years. I also have a very good reason for doing so. The fact that They have the best breakfast burritos on the market today Doesn't hurt at all but the staff at this parbitular restaurant is by far the most professional and courteous staff I have come across at any restaurant in my 49 years of living. I would say that better than half of the staff that are there now have been there ever since my first visit nearly 6 years ago. They have an incredible manager in Amy, and all of her staff seem to love her. Which in turn makes them want to work well for her. There is no praise I can give them that it's high enough. They make my day better with their professionalism.
And their cheery dispositions.
So thank you to the taco John's staff on 2nd street in Casper Wyoming. You are all my heroes.
2 breakfast burrito meals for $25 that we absolutely trash. Not to mention the food prep girl with all the tattoos that was talking to the cashier like he was an idiot . Won't make that mistake twice
Overall service was fine, on the slower side. Spent the next day in the bathroom. The west side taco johns is the only one for me at this point.
Nice clean restaurant. Great Mexican food taste. I love the apple ???? Grande! Taco John's has brought it back for a limited time, so hurry and try it ! I don't know why it ever left. The shell is so light and crispy. They sprinkle some red colored sugar on the shell. It might not sound good with the cheese on it, but it really doesn't ruin the apple taste. It's a little pricey at $2.40, but trust me, you and your family will all want more. This happened to me ????????.
Ordered sausage meat and potato breakfast burritos with extra nacho cheese. Instead we got the driest tortillas in the building and apparently "extra" means "none" to them, yet they still charged us. There were exactly two potato oles in each full size burrito which were barely crunchy. Even the eggs were dry and gross! Next time we'll go an extra hour out of our way to the one in Douglas rather than spend $30 on garbage. This location is consistently disappointing.
The service is probably some of the worst in town, they regularly get orders wrong and are slow about getting it cooked and to you. Over all the years it has been open this Taco John is the worst in town compared to the others nearly every single year.
The kid Renaldo was great and gave us the best service I have ever had in a long time that kid deserves a good recognition
The taco John's on 2nd street in Casper never makes anything right, they skimp the 3 dollar softshells, don't even look like a taco?
