Ive had good experience at this taco John’s for years. They moved to their current location a year ago. Good food, fast and friendly employees.
Haven’t had taco John’s in years so we decided to give it a shot. We tried the potato shell tacos wand they were excellent! Staff were super friendly and this place was spotless I will be back!
The cashier was so nice. She was silly and patient with our fat butts ordering. The food was fresh and really good! Great job to this location!
The new Mexican pizza wasn't bad. It's paper thin so it's actually cooked. We all go here for the potato oles so that's what matters. They were good. I learned a very important thing about oles from Taco johns. Leave the bag open on the way home. This will keep them from getting soggy. If I close up the bag they are a soggy mess by the time I get home which is only 10-15 mins.
This Taco Johns I went to is new and seemed well ran. We did not have to pull forward and wait 10 mins for our food to be walked out to the car. That's pretty common lately and it isn't convenient for going on your lunch break. Nope.
Now if we could get them to bring back the old fries and the ranch burrito from the 90's.
Ordered a kids meal for my 3 year old, the chicken tenders meal. Only $5 so whatever, only to drive ALL the way home which is across town, open the “tenders” box and find a pile of potatoes and 2 of the tiniest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the meal already comes with a cup of the potatoes. I usually wouldn’t care enough to make a review but $20 for a kids meal and my burrito combo and this is what I get is unacceptable. I really do not like being ripped off and that’s how I feel right now.
General Manager is RUDE and called me a LIAR!!!!
My daughter ordered 2 Potato olays and 1 cheese sauce. on website yesterday Conformation said pick up 130pm. She sent me to pick it up. 120pm i get there to pick up. Employee was very nice and told me i wasnt on the computer yet to pick up. He asked for the confirmation number, so he could start it. I didnt have my phone so i went to the car and got it. I texted my daughter and she screen shot the confirmation. I showed the employee and the General Manager my phone and the GM said well it would be 130 and it will be on the screen for us . At this point it was past 130 and still no order. The GM told me that he cant do anything about it. My daughter must have gone onto a fake website or it was a past order, since it wasnt on the app. I asked him is the app and website different, He saId YES. So i texted my daughter to get on app and see if this dude is telling the truth. At this time he never yelled once, but he called me a liar, straight out of his mouth.LIAR,that we did nt make an order. So now im embaressed cause people are looking and wondering whats going on. He then asked me why she ordered 2 potato o lays and just 1 cheese sauce. I was thinking what the hell is this guys problem. He was very rude, he was stand offish and a jerk..

OHhh. Just so you know in the future"GM'. The website and app with the same credentials does work in unison. Because the app has the order there and it said canceled at 150pm. When i left.
Horrible food ordered soft shell tacos and got a trace of cheese like a table spoon of meat and some lettuce and no iam not exaggerating on portions. Taco John's has gotten cheep. Will never go there again. Don't waste your money here.
Heidi is a wonderful manager and is so kind to everyone. She checks in and makes sure you're satisfied and is just all-around pleasant. Never have to wait long for your food, and it's always yummy!
