I go to Taco Johns pretty regularly. This time I tried their pizza. It is very good. Nice thin crust and plenty of toppings. I've tried the breakfast bowl lately and that was also very good.
Went during the early afternoon and the team was unsure how to ring up my ranch burrito combo meal which took a little longer but was understandable. Our meal however was very skimpy on the meat to say the least. And they forgot our extra seasoning on our oles.
I recently visited Taco John's with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering, I realized that my order was incomplete – three tacos were missing. While mistakes happen, it was disappointing nonetheless.
I called and was told by the staff to rectify the situation by offering a free dessert and my missing tacos to make up for the oversight and assured me that it would be sent to me. However, despite waiting patiently, the promised dessert never arrived.
In an attempt to address the issue, I went back to Taco John's to see if they could fix the problem. I provided my information, hoping for a resolution, but to my dismay, I never received a callback.
As a customer, this level of service is unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction. While I have enjoyed Taco John's in the past, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I am hesitant to continue supporting this franchise. I hope that Taco John's takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such oversights are not repeated in the future.
Food was as expected. The establishment is very dirty. The restroom was filthy, the toilet seat, toilet bowl and floor was disgusting. The floor in the dining area was also very dirty. The counter was covered with papers and other things. As I was leaving I seen a window cleaning service cleaning the glass doors. It appears this is the only cleaning being done at this resteraunt.
Had a craving for a “Six Pack & a Pound” from Taco John’s tonight so stopped and picked one up for Jaidan and Grandpa Bob and another for Jennifer, Nick and I.
Went in to order and apologized immediately for having to be “that customer” as I order with various adjustments and requests including no cheese on one of the packs.
Employee taking my order was AMAZING, very polite, patient and diligent in ensuring he got my order right.
As I sat down to wait I suddenly hear, “ok, everyone my rule when we get a no cheese order is we treat it like it’s a cheese allergy. Change gloves, wash hands, and wipe down surfaces before you start it”
He continued to explain that they should complete that order and hand it to me before starting others. As I was walking out I heard him ask the employees what is was they learned just now and why he had them do it that way to confirm comprehension.
Most of all, I saw a staff who seemed to be enjoying themselves. Laughing amongst themselves, helping each other, and very aware of helping customers the minute they reached the counter.
So way to go Kuno and the rest of the team at Taco John’s on Brackett Avenue!!
Ordered in the drive thru and they got my order wrong so I had to go in so they could fix it. Lady was very nice. Could tell the employees working in the back needed more training. Food tasted good.
Just wow so we got dinner form taco John's and after the attitude and having to have the manager take our order due to the use of a coupon the place was dirty like a barn the floor sticky and smelled like rotten trash in the restaurant we received our food the off going manager yelling at all his staff to hury up he has an appointment grabbed food and sat down to eat I get home and the extra guac and sour cream was not extra I returned the chicken that was dry overcooked and gross and the taco salad and was asked 5 times why it's not good enough for me
Placed an online to be picked up at 12:30 pm. I arrived at Taco John's only to find no order started or completed. Waited over 15 minutes for my order. No updates. No apologies. Horrible customer service!
