My first and last time visiting a Taco John!!!
Absolutely DISGUSTING food!

I was just wanting a deep dish pizza or Chinese but apparently Benton, Ky rolls up their sidewalks at dusk and every eatery closes by 9 pm. My buddy talked me into grabbing a few tacos and unfortunately there wasn't a Taco Bell nearby so I caved in and we pulled up to the drive thru. After George B. repeatedly managed to get my order wrong for almost an entire 5 minutes, seemingly on purpose and for fun I got, what I thought was 2 family packs and a couple of $2 beef and bean burritos. Upon pulling up to the window I was casually informed that my total was almost $60 dollars!!! After some clarification which turned heated, George B acted like he had corrected my order and smugly said, that'll be $47.38. At this point, being completely frustrated not to mention starving, I paid just to end the nightmare. Upon payment, George B proceeds to chastise me for the unpaid for food and that it would go to waste... As if it's MY fault! Screw you buddy!
After arriving at the hotel, I find that everything is completely unedible and possibly contaminated with God only knows. I will never again visit a Taco John. Disgusting franchise!!!
The food here is always top-notch.. Never any complaints.. Always so much better than Taco Bell.. Service is always very friendly. There is a great group of people who work here. I think maybe they may have been just a little short handed yesterday because it took longer than normal to receive my order but still in the end everything was great.. I will definitely return in the future..
This place never can seem to get it together. The tacos were stale and the New Tostados are absolutely horrible. Please stop going here maybe a better restaurant will open up in its place.
Been going every Tuesday for taco Tuesday deal, Benton ky. They have the best tacos. Staff are very friendly good atmosphere clean store!

Potatoes Oles were cold when she handed me the bag. Some of them are extremely over seasoned.
Crunchy taco with sour cream and tomato added. The shell was very stale. Tomatoes were sour. Not much meat. Lettuce was close to frozen.
6 Mexi rolls. Aren't these suppose to be made to order?! They look like meat rolled in a tortilla and soaked in oil. Not deep fried. They are pitiful and gross looking all squished at the bottom torn up with with Potatoes oles and sauce packets all mixed together.
We didn't bother trying the soft taco. Still staring at the nasty Mexi rolls and wishing we had our $20 back.
Was also charged for a cheese sauce I told her we didn't want.
Another failed TJ meal! ???? This store needs to get their stuff together. Yall went from decent to horrible.
Paid for extra beef on super nachos. Waste of money. There was barely any! The fried chicken taco was missing half the chicken tenders. Suppose to be 2! It's the mini that only has one. The tender was barely half the length of the shell. Super burrito was a mess. Wasn't folded. Looked like it was used for a game of keep away.
Be real nice if the correct amount of meat was put on the tacos. Might as well call them lettuce tacos.
The new Taco Sauce is nasty. It's a grosser version of Taco Bell sauce.
I love this taco johns they are very kind and foods great
My first time at a Taco John’s and I will be back. Good tasting food delivered fresh in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. Dining room was a little messy, but it was very busy.
