Ordered burrito dinner and medium horchata. Total was $17.87. food was great but the price snuck up on me. I know it's my own dumb monkey brain's fault for letting the .99's and the tax sneak up on me. I didn't order any extras or premium meats. Al Pastor was great, Horchata was sweet (how I like). It came with chips and salsa.
I have driven past his restaurant so many times and never paid attention to it until a couple weeks ago the food is fantastic. It is so delicious and the people are so nice and I’m back at the end tonight for dinner.
I expected excellent food and service from this restaurant as the reviews seem great. However, my experience was quite the opposite. The nachos I had ordered were not fresh and did not look appetizing. When I let the server know that the food was so cold that I genuinely did not want to eat it, she then proceeded to bring me out a cup of cheese and asked me to “stick my finger in it” to see if it was warm. I then asked for a refund and she went on state that she was unable to refund me due to policy. I asked her if she would eat this food and then she went on to say that she was “eating the same food in the back.” I’m not typically one to complain as I understand how frustrating it can be to work in food service; however, this whole experience was ridiculous.

We will not be back. My first time here, and found they are not kid friendly. I pay 12$ for three steak tacos and my daughter didn't want the cheese on the actual taco. They charged 2$ extra to put the cheese (I feel already paid for in the price of the tacos) in a little container. Then, not knowing their menu wasn't intelligent, I order quesadillas, thinking I am getting Pico de Gallo and guacamole to go with because the menu says thats what comes with quesadillas. But I changed it to a dinner, for a few bucks more to get rice and beans. It arrives without any extras. When I ask, I am told that only plain quesadillas come with the extras, and dinners only come with rice and beans. Quesadillas were absolutely tasteless and probably the worst ones I've had in a long time. Way too much money for one adult and three kids to eat for no more than mediocre food.
I ordered takeout from here and when I got there it wasn’t ready yet so they told me to take a seat and brought my chips and salsa! Christian especially was super considerate. The food was great! I’ll definitely be back!
We eat at Taco Dále at least 2 to 3 times a week for the past 4 years. The staff is always welcoming and happy to see us upon arrival. The food is always consistent in good quality and delicious.
