Best WLM Reviews
nice guys, had the chilaquiles but didn't super enjoy them. sauce flavor and quantity not up my alley, pretty different version to any i had in cdmx and enjoyed more. can't speak to other dishes but i'd try something different on a subsequent visit.
They used to be so great.. we recently got tacos and the steak had hard fat not edible. Tasted like it was old... definitely disappointed. This happened last time we went, too.. the guy at the front was mean whenever I asked for some lettuce on the side.. won't be back.. chips and salsa were good and fresh just test a chip before you leave because last time they were stale. I know businesses are having a hard time... but you can tell the steak was cooked.. and reheated. Gross.
This place is the best small diner taco place around! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the guy who takes the orders (I assume he's the owner?) is such a polite guy. He makes me feel like he genuinely appreciates your business and I therefore appreciate him and the cooks.
Today I tried the Flamin hot Cheetos nachos. They were amazing and huge! They also make a bacon taco which is exactly what it sounds like.
Everything is good here. Never been disappointed. Repeat customer but first time reviewing.
Give them a try!!!
Ordered three items they only delivered two items and blamed the DoorDash driver. The tamales were dry and the enchilada suizas were extra spicy when I was told they'd be mild. Subpar meal. I didn't receive the King Burrito so I can't comment but wasn't impressed with the rest anyway.
We ordered from DoorDash and I can't believe how warm and delicious everything was even after being delivered! My flautas were still crispy and the meat was juicy! My husband's pork tacos were demolished in seconds! We will definitely be ordering from here again!
When I went there I ordered the dinner chimichanga and my boyfriend ordered Quesadilla. As you can see in the pictures, they barely gave him any sour cream. When my boyfriend asked for more... The guy wanted to upcharge him, knowing my boyfriend and how he can be...He asked the guy if the sour cream was for him to dip his quesadilla in or just for show. The guy said it was for dipping... ????Look at the quesadilla and look how much sour cream they gave him. Like, let's be real. The one in Island Lake is way better and the staff are nicer. If you are craving Mexican food, I suggest you go somewhere else. ????????
Really good chilaquiles i will come here again to try more food and it was cheat for it like less than $10 for it
Food was great. Stake was well Seasoned. They really live up to there name service is fast and friendly
