This is the saddest taco salad I ever had. No guacamole. Meat,cheese,lettuce,tomatoes. I just had all taco shell really. I ordered refried beans they forgot that and I had to turn around to get it. It wasn't busy at all. Won't be back
I recommend this restaurant.
I went here just after 7 pm on a Thursday. Staff greeted me promptly. I ordered 4 items. As I waited, I noted the lobby was very clean. The toppings bar was well stocked and clean, too.
My food arrived in just a couple minutes. Everything was steaming hot.
My unsweetened iced tea was fresh and dark, a unicorn find in the fast food world.
Nacho plate was piled high. Chips were fresh crispy, not stale crispy. Tons of toppings, and the chips were still crisp at the bottom. Probably the freshest nachos I’ve had at a Bueno.
Chicken Muchaco was fresh and soft, but not steamed soggy. The chicken was tender and tasty. Veg toppings were fresh and green. This item was also stuffed full.
2 x crunchy tacos. These were fresh crunchy, not stale crunchy. Full of toppings and again fresh veg.
Every employee I saw took the time to make eye contact and say hello. They all asked if I needed anything else.
This visit was my first time at the Ardmore store, traveling through for sports events. I will use this store again!
Terrific experience that nothing in OKC metro can match.
*my only complaint, if it even is a complaint…
The parking lot is weird as hell. The off-shoot side street access was a tad confusing, and the diamond shaped flower beds built into the concrete parking spots were inconvenient. My pickup wouldn’t fit completely into any of the spots because of the size of the flower beds and shrubs.
Live about 15 minutes away, was in town so stopped to get food. Got home and opened up the platters and both missing the extra guac and sour cream. Then that’s when I seen they didn’t even put the guac and sour cream that comes with it originally. And got charged a couple bucks extra for the sides. Same reason fast food needs to stay at $7.25 a hour.
It was very slow for Friday night during my visit. The staff was very friendly and attended. Not a long wait on the food at all.. I’m very happy with my visit.
I ordered 4 #2 combo chrispy shells, meat and cheese only and mucho nachos. When I got the order it was 4 muchacos and the mucho nachos. I checked the receipt and that is what she had rang up. I told her of the mistake and she said she couldn't give me a refund so she retook my order for 4 #2 combos chrispy, meat and cheese only she gave me a discount on this order which still put the total cost over what the original order should have cost. The new order went to the end of the queue and I waited. When the new order got made they had tomatoes and lettuce on them. So, I waited while they remade them for the third time. I got my order and they told me to have a good day. No sorry about that or anything. I got home and I had 11 tacos instead of the 12 that are supposed to be there. Their food is good so I gave two stars but the service and management are terrible. I don't know if I'll ever go back.
We got so much food for the buck. We bought the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce and the Whole Lotta platter, I think it was called that, it was so filling and fast service too. Definitely on our return trip list. ♥️????
It's Bueno ????♀️ They looked short staffed but the food was still good! I haven't seen a happy worker there in years.. so I get it.
The food is good staff is good the rice needs a little work to it but it was good will be going back so I went back the beans are ok they had a burnt top on them.. they can put more filling in the tacos had to go back because they forgot one of ours burrito and no chips had to ask for some and was never asked if I wanted sauce I am like really they really need more training yes this was my plate they put together this is my new picture this is ridiculous
