Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru for this. And still had to go inside because i was missing items from my order. Platter was in bag sidways when handed to me.
Great service, the new manager here is very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. Not a big fan of taco's etc, but this place does a great Job.
Went into the establishment to get taco's for the kids. Thought I was coming out with some good stuff. But the cook didn't have that idea in mind. (1st photos of food with angry cook.) Then Manager Tyler stepped in and refunded my whole entire order and made the whole order over and fresh. Great job! Keep up with that type of Customer Service...

This is probably my favorite taco bueno in the area. They have a lot of great deals and the food at this one tastes fresh. The drive through is speedy and friendly as well. Their party quesadillas are a nice addition to their menu along with their 3 for $3 deal they have added. I'm not a huge fan of their new queso though. They need to bring the old one back.
Not real sure how this location is still open. I guess I only have myself to blame as I keep going back, but never again. Over the last 6 months I've been here 3 times and each time my order has been completely wrong. Not partially wrong, completely wrong. The problem is I have gone through the drive thru, and they clearly don't care. SO when I say it's partially my fault, I should have sat in the drive thru and checked the bags before going home. They won't answer the phone, nor do they care to correct the order if you go back in. Terrible location. Will NEVER go back!
Come on. Every item we received was cold and it wasnt from transit because nothing was even melted proving it started out cold. Our order was wrong and the quesadilla was burnt and inedible. See photos. I realize the fast food industry is struggling a bit, but this is NOT the first time this location has been terrible. Avoid this location!
Service was quick and the food was good as expected. We just returned from being out of state for a extended period of time. So we haven't had it in a while.
It took 10 minutes to take my order inside. I came inside because the drive thru was packed. Come inside and it looks like the cooks are completely stoned out of their minds. No urgency whatsoever to take my order or make my food. The trash cans were full of trash. Out of ice. Out of salsa. I will never come back.
