I don't know what topping on the mucho nachos that make the chips so soggy, but it was like eating a tamale with chips. All the chips in the center were so soggy, it was legit hard to eat. Dude at the window, 10/10 service. But, I wish I had more hands so I could give those nachos 4 thumbs down. I would've been more satisfied giving that money to the guy at the window, his service was the only thing good about this visit. I legit wish I could get that money to back to spend it on some nachos at the taco truck. At least their chips stay crispy.
The beans were fine. The taco meat was not cooked all the way. The "manager" or shift lead was very rude when I brought it up saying they cook with tomato paste. The meat was very pink not tomatey. Did not look like other Buenos. Never have been snapped at that bad before just for bringing something small up. No I don't need a refund, just cook it longer and treat people with respect.
This place was out of napkins, food, and look like it had been hit by a hurricane. The service was absolutely horrifying. The only thing that we were given was lots of attitude. Corporate needs to know what a disaster this place was. Not only myself, but Al line of people requesting refund truly a shame.
The food was good, once they finally got it correct after multiple attempts! They were not busy at all, not even drive thru. This was also the most filthy Taco Bueno I've even seen! I'll stick to the Edmond location. The food really was good though, just sayin.
This is the best Bueno in town. It’s fast, friendly and delicious! Way to go team !!! I do not live close by at all in Guthrie but I eat there any chance I can when I visit my daughter !
Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in a fast food restaurant in a long time. We ate in with a toddler, the tables were clean, high chairs clean, warm and not freezing inside. Food quality was outstanding. Seriously the best Mucho Nachos I’ve had in a while. The employees were also very friendly and the food came out looking great and timely.
This evening I went thru the drive. I checked my order, it was correct only thing wrong was that I ordered 4 soft tacos not hard ones. I was trying to get the cashier attention so decided to honk my Horn Tyler opened the window and HOLLERed AT ME AND STATED, CAN YOU WAIT. TYLER YOU SHOULD NEVER HOLLER AT A CUSTOMER, I have been going to this place for many years and never had a manager cashier holler at me like that. If that is one of your pet peeves you stated you need to work somewhere else where you can holler at period. Soft tacos was not in my order tyler Manager stated they don't have soft tacos, you should have stated that in drive thru. I went inside and ordered some other options. New manager needed that was unacceptable for me. Store #3010 if Manager need anger management and pet peeves issues Train your manager correctly I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. I have 2 witness plus the worker who turned around when he raised his UNFRIENDLY FRUSTRATION VOICE.
Food was disgusting. I threw away more than half of my order. Management staff is obviously lack-luster if they're letting the quality of the 'Taco Bueno' product sink this low. The beans were so burnt they were very dark and smelled horrible. The burritos were improperly wrapped so the lettering was transferred onto the tortilla from the packaging. I am beyond displeased with this experience and I'm finally WRITING BUENO OFF MY LIST OF "RESAURANTS" THAT I WILL ORDER "FOOD" FROM.
