All I wanted was a chalupa that was made fresh. Every, Single, Time, That I come in this store I always get a chalupa that's hard on top and a soft on the bottom. And also check out this photo below, this is supposed to be a five-layer burrito no beans no sour cream and grilled. This thing is flat as a board. I actually went into the store to attempt to get this food replaced, and I got asked for my receipt when it was a mobile order. Then after remaking my order the next day, this is the burrito I get and I even walked in and gave back their chalupa since it was also hard. The chalupa is my favorite menu item, and this is how I get disappointed.
This was another horrible experience. I order 8 hot and 8 fire, got zero. Had to beg for the drink I paid for. The food was awful in size, quality, and taste. One of my tacos wasn't wrapped, the other unwrapped when I took out the damaged pizza. Never again...
Is Taco Bell gourmet? No. Is it healthy? Not a chance. Will it give you diarrhea? Probably. Is it delicious and will it fill that void in your soul? Absolutely!
I just can't stand when I come to a Taco bell and order 1 6.00 burrito and you ask for sauce and they don't give it to you. Their drive through is set up only to leave into a busy intersection. Not even busy so I could possibly understand maybe. Remember the order and please listen to people's requests. That's called service and it's not that hard.
Come on, I’m the only person waiting inside the store and they act like they are the busiest store in the entire country. You literally only have like 1-2 cars and I see like 5 people in the back. I’ve seen babies move faster than any of these people. I’ve seen understaffed places that worked faster than these people. I’ve seen DISABLED people (and no I’m not kidding) move faster than them. My recommendation: Go through the drive thru. Don’t go inside.
I have no idea when they are open, I visited at 3pm today and the worker said they were closed?? Lol feel like they don't take app orders consistently either. Very weird.
Went last night around 9:30. Cashier was very rude. Ended up getting food poisoning from my meal.. I frequent this Taco Bell since it’s close to my house and always have good service but last night was below par. Cashier handed my box and a bag on top of each other threw the drive thru window and I about dropped it. Then I got home and they forgot the mild sauce I had put on my mobile order from the app. I then got woken up by food poisoning in the middle of the night. You should know about the food poisoning
