They were faster here than we expected. You order by yourself at the kiosks at the counter. The tables were a bit dirty. And the chairs that were being scooted around by an employee made a loud screeching sound that was not the pleasant thing. lol.
This Taco Bell as disappointed me time and time again but today was the last straw. I went through drive through to get my family lunch. I asked for my husbands Dorito tacos to have no lettuce and the images show what he received. Not even a full scoop of meat! I wouldn’t even call that half. If you look at the other image you’ll see how much meat should have been in the tacos. On top of this, my crunch wrap was very much lacking in fillings and my son’s cheese quesadilla wasn’t even melted. While I was at the window a young woman came up to the young man at drive through and started heavily complaining and being very vocal about missing breaks. The young man at the drive through stayed calm and courteous to the customers though.
Seriously considering never returning to this location again and just taking the trip to City Center in the future.
Slowest fast food experience of my life.
Waited over 40 minutes to get our food.
Tables were all disgusting and filthy.
No one helping at the counter, and horrible customer service.
After waiting for over 40 minutes we get home with missing parts of the order and the food was cold!
Not sure how this is possible, but very disappointing. I would give zero stars if possible.
Love me some Taco Bell. This one is small and sometimes the service is slow. But they have never got an order wrong and we do a lot of little custom things like switching out meat for steak. It is also a little sloppy sometimes, (all sour cream in one spot), but it is Taco Bell, we all know why we come here.
The worst fast food experience I've ever had. Will never be back. Planned a fun outing with the family, each of us picked our favorite item (we were celebrating me finishing my last college class). Took 1.5 hours to get through the drive thru, no apologies on the wait, when we got to the window they had forgotten parts of our order. We got through that ordeal and drove home. When we got home we realized that EVERY SINGLE ITEM in our order had something wrong with it. Crunchwrap supreme had absolutely zero meat in it. Again, worst "fast" food experience of my life.
My FIRST Taco Bell!
We don't get Taco Bell in the UK, so this was my first experience and I'm impressed.
It's not often you can eat tasty fast food and feel like it might actually have been good for you, with loads of fresh vegetables.
I had both tacos and the crunch wrap supreme, I enjoyed both and can definitely understand the reason they're so popular, I just wish we could get them in the UK.
Not much atmosphere, but that's not really why you go, is it.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. I love Taco Bell but this is the only one close to me. I've gone at least 10 times and finally had to stop making excuses for them and just accept that they are the worst.
The food is always horrible. The amount of ingredients they put on is a joke. I've actually laughed sometimes at how absurd it is. They've refused to give me a refund on multiple occasions. Their service is abysmal. They are consistently awful and management clearly doesn't care. They have the longest wait time of any fast food place in history. I'm actually considering calling Guinness because these guys have to be breaking some records.
Overall, the only reason you should ever go here is if you have 2 hours to kill and want to satisfy a morbid curiosity to see how bad the world's worst Taco Bell is. I'd rather eat out of a dumpster than go to this trash heap again. I'd get more food and it would be way faster.
#NO TO DISCRIMINATE/RACIAL
The worst Taco Bell ever workers serve people unfairly I went to pick up order they serve two people who came after me and they are like they are still working on my order this is not only once and workers do not even what to help for hours before asking. They need to be fair and treat other people fairly or because I am not Caucasian type thing ended up cancelling them orders????
The lady open door for the girl with yellow and I was waiting before her and she saw me and she did not want to open for me
