I come here everyday for my lunch break. I have come in and asked to be buzzed into the bathroom on several occasions and the same girl says it’s for paying customers only. We get into a dispute over this everyday. If I catch the bus from my relief point everyday, common sense should tell you that I’m going to order something after I come out of the bathroom. I wouldn’t have a issue with purchasing something first if they didn’t see me everyday. On 4/22/2024I almost used the bathroom on my self dealing with this foolishness. Sometimes this is my first bathroom break of the day and I have held it for several hours. The fact that I’m in my uniform I should have been extended some kind of courtesy. They get almost $20 from me sometimes. Especially when my husband comes in with me. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this location. They are very slow with service as well and I have been given the wrong order on more than one occasion. I only come here because of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and it is one of the more quiet and less expensive options to eat on this route. Not all the employees are terrible. The male employees usually don’t give me any problems and usually always treat me with respect.
I order the spicy potato soft taco and then got a supreme crunch taco with potatoes instead of ground beef. They had the nerve to give me these old potatoes that should of been thrown out hours ago. So disgusted! Now I remember why I haven’t been here in awhile
Heavy set Latina lady with black hair was working over night on may 18th and was super rude! Didn’t let me order in drive through. All I wanted was #1 while coming home from a night out and she didn’t have any consideration for giving me the service I would’ve paid for. The guy and the other chick working that night were cool. She shouldn’t be working there if. She can’t satisfy her customers that are willing to pay there hard earned money to order from there!
I drive past my neighborhood Taco Bell to patronize this location. For the most part, the food is pretty good and great portions. The app definitely has me hooked!
Food and service is pretty much about the same as every other Taco Bell, but they do not shovel their sidewalks at all. Parking lot is clear but they don't care about the sidewalk. They are all full of ice and snow. They don't care about the community at all
Can never get an order right. Lazy unenthusiastic employees/management.. store needs to be retrained all over again. Ordered via Uber Eats and received a mess of an order that wasn’t correct. Unfortunately there aren’t any good Taco Bell’s in the city anymore.

Favourite Taco Bell! Friendly staff, good service, efficient, well made. I LOVE Taco Bell, like seriously if Taco Bell served a decent chocolate milkshake, and that milkshake was always available and they made everyone else with their "oh the machines not working right now" drama, look like complete chumps, I'd NEVER go anywhere else. Looking at you McDonalds and Burger King -.- ya just don't clean the machines often enough but you guys straight up troll people with that nonsense. Can remember the last time I ordered milkshakes from those places, can't remember the last time I got them. Dear Taco Bell, please kick their butts... with milkshakes.
