Made the mistake if stopping at this taco bell with the grandkids. We ate inside witch seem to confuse the entire staff. My husband got a taco with no meat on it. I got the taco supreme combo. They skipped the supreme part. We ordered drinks, they forgot to give us cups. It was just a mess. Will never go back.
I generally don't leave negative reviews but this place needs management to notice its poor service because it is directly contributing to lost dollars. I spent 7 minutes sitting in line with two cars in front of me. In that time, the first car's order wasn't even taken. I left and went to the McDonald's down the street. There were two cars in front of me there as well and in less than 2 minutes I was in and out of their drive through. I decided to finally post a negative review after having similar experiences two other times before this.
I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bells in different states and it’s been more noticeable in the last 5 years how inconsistent quality of food and service can be from location to location. This location is hands down the best in this area, their service is ALWAYS on point, people are friendly and accurate when they take your order and deliver it to you at the pickup window. The food is made correctly, and not over or under portioned on any of the ingredients. For a Taco Bell, this is exactly the way all of them should run. Keep up the good work!
Visited 5/12/24. Managers and employees either don't know how to read or need glasses. Was almost given the wrong drink. Employee said she thought the screen said something else ???? Don't bother making any special requests for your food (i.e., no beans, extra cheese). They either give you what you don't want or they don't give you what you want extra of. Nacho fries tasted like they had been cooked at lunch and left out til dinner. What's the sense in asking for a large fry when they only give you half a box? The customer is paying the difference, not you. This used to be one of the better Taco Bell's when they first opened, but it's gone downhill.
Literally the worst Taco Bell. Consistently forgets something. Food and quality lacking. The new avocado sauce was warm and not refrigerated like at other locations. Not fresh.
Lady with the curly hair is amazing. Give her a raise. Not sure what she's making now, but it isn't high enough. She's always awesome. :)
This location is Awesome,, this is a new location,, the staff is great,, very clean,, the restrooms are very clean,, the parking is very good,, this is my first time at this location,, and it gave me a five star treatment,, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️,, they gave me a free drink,, I forgot to order.. I tied to pay and the-manger would not let,, great food,, great service, great staff, great parking, I truly recommend this location to everyone..
If you are a unee eats driver do yourself a favor and don't pick up from here. Had a pickup and they threw it in the corner n when I said i was here for it the dark hair kid rudly said " we will get to you! " basically screamed it meanwhile I stood there patient for about 5 mons waiting I'm not trying to let my customers food get cold I'd understand if they were busy cause I have worked fast food for many years but they had 2 cars in the drive thur and 3 people working the back AND a drive thur person. There were days I worked we had a Manger on drive thur n person in kitchen. Like come on now.
