This is a great Taco Bell. I come here almost every day of the week for a burrito or a single taco or something cause a filling $2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is a great and quick option for lunch or even as breakfast.
There are a couple of reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
1. They don't allow you to order breakfast through the app. I typically order their lunch items through the app so I can get in and out of there quickly before heading to work. I reallyyyy don't want to waste 10 minutes of my day a few times a week to have to order breakfast in-store and then wait for someone to make it. Thus, I've rarely ever ordered breakfast despite actually wanting hashbrowns and other breakfast menu items.
2. Sometimes, they can mess up with portions. This doesn't happen super frequently, but again, as someone who orders from here almost everyday, it happens enough for me to need to mention it. The second to last time I ordered, the fries container was only half full, I've gotten a cheese container at a different time that was only half full, I was given nachos bellgrande in a smaller container before (for the same price), etc.
3. This one is about Taco Bell in general, but the customer support from Taco Bell is basically non-existent. I've tried a few times to contact them about missing/wrong items from a different Taco Bell location and they never got back to me. It wasn't until I constantly mentioned and DM'd them on Twitter that they finally responded about 5 months after my complaint. Burger King and Popeyes does customer support SO MUCH better.
Overall, I still enjoy coming here. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain. They really fulfill my cravings and despite the few downsides, they're still worth it.

First time handed me over wrong my mobile order, I thought everyone deserve 2nd chance but this time, disappointment again.
All staff Spanish think they can fool, anyone by not answering back to Questions asked.
So pathetic customer service, gave me total dead fries half box, when I asked staff girl started laughing at me and started conversation with his co-worker stating that I’m asking for extra fries, I asked wanted to speak to your manager and both laughed at me, and his co-worker do you want extras???
I said NO my QUESTION is why this fries filled only halfway and it’s not fresh, he just kept saying you wanted extra or not, then he concluded that he ran out of fries that why he puts what’s left over.
Such a shameful.
Saturday feb 18th.
Went in at 2pm made my order and I was surprised of how good everyone was with me,I asked help on the kiosk and the lady that helped me was super nice even though I did take some time deciding what to order.
After I got home my food was still warm and everything was full,my chicken power bowl didn't have anything missing and my 3 double beef burritos were really full.
I recommend people to give this taco bell a try it totally worth it
Not the most cleanest store I visited, really Taco Bell low their standards of cleanest, I will understand when it’s busy you don’t have time to clean but I saw 4 people in the line doing not much. It’s not hard checking from time by time the store. Beside of that the food was good, fresh and hot, at least on the weekends.
I ordered from here twice in the span of an hour. My first order I did on Uber eats and when it arrived my drink had spilled and ruined all my food. I couldn’t eat anything. I order again but on the Taco Bell app this time because breakfast was over on the Uber eats app. Not only did my drink spill again but my order was wrong. Something needs to be done about lids on the drinks because it is ridiculous that my drink spilled both times! I had gotten home after an overnight shift and all I wanted was some food before I went to sleep and I literally have nothing now because there’s always something wrong with my order.
This also isn’t even the first time I’ve gotten an order from here that spilled. This location needs to get it together because it’s absolutely ridiculous that I’ve had to order twice and I still wasn’t able to eat my food. Absolutely ridiculous
I ordered an online pick up, they got every item wrong (Beans in my Mexican pizza, and cheese on my tacos) Big chain fast-food restaurants in urban areas usually suffer from bad service. Low pay, short staff, and lots of orders coming in. I end up paying for it, literally and figuratively. I learned my lesson. F this location
Bad customer service from that young lady she’s Dominican so I order my food and I was minding my business waiting on my phone and she came to me with a bad attitude and said in Spanish WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!! And I was like I’m waiting on my food then I asked her why she talk to me like that ?!! Then she just looked at me and walked away HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Taco Bell check your cameras and look how your employees treat the customer!! this happened on 12/4/2023 at 8pm.
Bad I went to buy my food and sI saw a employees talk in the phone when he finish talking he serving the food with the same hand that he talking on the phone and I didn't see it change the glove
