The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Stopped going for weeks and decided to try again today. Guess what, my whole order was wrong again like always. That’s the main reason I refuse to go here anymore. People have allergies and that’s why they order things without certain toppings but the workers are too incompetent to understand this. I guess when they all come from BTC what more can you expect. Looks like I will never come back to this location again unless I want to die from an allergic reaction.
Aweful customer service. Did not include items from our order. Then when I called demanded I return to get a refund for food I paid for BUT DID NOT RECEIVE. Then when I asked for a manager the lady said she was one and hung up on me. I am driving away I cannot come back, especially in the 24 hour timeframe she gave me to return to get a refund for food they didn’t give me in the first place. Just downright stealing at this point.
I've tried going here for lunch multiple times and the wait time is ridiculous. In addition to that they have messed up my order at least 50% of the time. The service isn't great either. When you pull up to the drive through, you'll sit there sometimes for 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you're actually there. I have witnessed multiple people drive off because they couldn't stand the wait time. Now if I want Taco Bell I drive another 2 miles to the Washington Street location, way faster and better service there.
Hey! They were open during an Ice Storm! I was in my truck for three days. It was nice to go somewhere and get something other than what I had. Staff was really cool.
We went through the drive through at the Bismarck ND Road Island location. Not only did all three of our $5 deal box meals not come in a box, some food not even wrapped fully. The staff was short with us, the food was cold and half way put together. Very unsatisfied and disappointed in this location.
I was so very impressed with the staff working the lunch shift, approximately 11:30am 7/23/2021 @ Taco Bell on Rock Island Place in Bismarck. The drive through was closed, they got very busy all at once, due to all of us going into the dining room for our orders. The crew worked together as a team, handled the rush very well and were working together in a cohesive manner. They churned out great product very quickly (see perfect taco below) and it’s not often you see a fast food restaurant be able to handle a rush as well as they did today. Keep up the great work… I’m leaving a very satisfied costumer today!
I gave this Taco Bell a four star. This service was a little bit longer wait but cheerful staff. Way better than the one on Washington I hate going to that one and this one did not even mess up my order.
Food is usually pretty decent here.
But today I went in to use the bathroom and noticed it kind of stank. As I was washing my hands I realized there's no soap dispenser!!! I don't know bout you.... but if someone just used the bathroom and they return to work without washing with soap, that's just nasty!!
Management needs to step up.
