I have been to more Taco Bell locations than I can count and this is by far the slowest I have ever seen. Sat in the drive thru for over an hour and it wasn’t cause they were busy. I watched multiple people walk in,order, eat, and leave while waiting in a non-moving line. Average of 10 minutes per car for fast food. A real Mexican restaurant would have been faster and fresher. Whoever is managing this location needs to go back to training. Also only location that doesn’t advertise how to provide feedback which given this experience I guess makes sense as they would probably be flooded with complaints.
If you have to close your building due to employee shortage….you should put garbage cans outside!!!!
And if besides the cook, there are two young men and a lady at the window…..how is it easier to have them wait on me at drive through and not the dining room? How is that a shortage?
The least that lady could have done was give me a fork to eat my pintos and cheese with!,!
I had to drive around the building again, and wait forever for someone to come to the microphone to ask for a fork!!!
I am a faithful customer of Taco Bell….for decades. Am rethinking that!!!
Taco Bell is NEVER open inside past MONTHS also sometimes don't accept orders unless they are doordash through drive through. Corporate either needs to fix this or just Shut down I'm sure everyone in bemidji who waits in the drive through lane for at least an HOUR agrees Taco Bell has good food and good prices it's the managers who are pure lazy mainly the lady with glasses and bald like hair and make that call. It's ridiculous! You should be focusing on making customers happy. Hire better management / people who will actually show up to work.
I wrote one review to do a solid for an amazing server like four months ago. The Google machine wants me to rate my local Taco Bell. We all know what Taco Bell is and the food at my Taco Bell hits corporate standard, I am sure. I go here for Diet Pepsi "on tap," but I am known to also enjoy a simple crunchy taco to pair with my beverage. Cookie cutter restaurants are notable based on their staff. I only do drive thru, but I have only ever had exceedingly positive experiences with my Bemidji Taco Bell crew. Those Kings and Queens are out there at my TBell every day just killing it. Get after it and don't let the jerks get you down.
The food here is not great and they have never gotten me my food in a timely manner. It will often take 30-40 minutes or more to get your food and they are frequently out of ingredients. Would not recommend stopping here for any reason.
Over a half an hour in the drive thru, two cars that were ahead of me had to circle back because they obviously messed up their order. When I got to the window the guy was talking to me about how confused he was and told me to check and make sure I got the right order.
Waited 50 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Best part is once you’re in line your trapped place is hot garbage.
Ordered a nacho fry box for lunch today. Absolutely 0 seasoning on the fries and they filled maybe 1/4th if the cheese cup with cheese. Absolutely terrible.
