Long wait for food then Uber delivery didn’t bring all the food .. manager says it was given to driver but who knows. Spent over a hundred dollars.. odd that the food was delivered in a KFC bag.also.Now I am afraid the food I did get will be contaminated. I will not ever order from this Taco Bell again and Uber delivery drivers suck. Sorry not sorry.
Absolute worst drive through experience ive ever had. Lady taking the orders was on her phone the entire time paying no attention to the window while we were trying to get her attention. Waited almost thirty minutes for two crunchy tacos. No one else was in line so I’m not sure what took so long but I will definitely just be going to McDonald’s next time
Should be zero. Tried to call the location and no answer. Phone just rings. Ordered crunch wrap and tree tacos. Only thing that was done right tonight is my soda. Barely had any meat, lettuce and cheese. My son eat a taco shells.
Crunch wrap was all cheese wiz and no meet. A tiny amount of lettuce and cheese. Going back tomorrow for refund.
I am not happy with this taco bell. I am not one to complain either. Even though I appreciate that they got my order right, they were very sloppy with my quesadilla. I asked for a chicken quesadilla with no sauce which they did but it was poorly made.

Right before my mother died, she used to love going to Taco Bell, so coming here is a moment to reminisce and have a sense of nostalgia. NOT ANYMORE..... I got to Taco Bell 10 minutes to 11 pm on Thursday night, and they said they were closing despite the hours saying differently. They also told me they were only selling Taco Bell and not KFC. I hesitated to order and told them, "if its too late to order, I understand and will come back tomorrow." The drive-thru order taker insisted that I placed an order, so I ordered two 5-layer beefy burritos and was shocked when I reached in the bag what I found... 3 cold burritos, the wrapping papers appeared reused and very crumbled, and one particular burritos had a repugnant smell, so as I arrived home, put on latex gloves and opened the burritos to find things in it I never knew was on the menu. This is unacceptable!
Never had such a long wait for food. Would have left if we hadn’t paid. Why is everything locked and staff is sitting inside texting and pre closing 3 hours before actual closing.
