Our office decide we wanted Taco Bell for lunch. Each of us gave one person money for our separate orders. The person at the drive thru refused to separate our orders. On top of that our orders were not prepared as requested.
ordered grilled cheese french fries because i’ve gotten and loved the grilled cheese burrito (would recommend by the way) and received a box with cheese and beef with about 7 maybe 8 fries what’s the point if there’s less than there is in a small thing of fries(including two under the cheese)
The service was terrible...waited 20 mins for 1 taco and 1 quesadilla...when I finally got my order. The bag was literally thrown at me then the guy just walked back to the kitchen area...my "taco" if that's what you want to call it was cold and smushed...the womens bathroom was filthy...I'll be avoiding this Taco Bell in the future
Had to listen to 10 workers with foul mouths talk about a tampon. Kinda dirty, but cleaner than last visit. Pop machine had several options out of order. But food was good.
Would have gave a zero if it was possible. All because Kristin sucks at her job. Probably in life also but dont be miserable and take it out on other people. Not cool. Terrible customer service. Also made a complaint with corporate and will make posts on social media. And this is all a first for me because I have done customer service for over 30 yrs and DO NOT put bad reviews. Biggest and longest ordeal ever just to try and buy a gift card lol At the time i was mad having to waste my time. Now this chick is just laughable
i had a dr appt in the area and grabbed something thru the drive thru she said a medium was cheaper than a small which i found nice that she shared but then i didn’t get my drink at all
The food itself is alright when they get the order right. However, I’ve had to wait anywhere from a minimum ten minutes to over twenty minutes in the drive-thru for, at most, a single taco and potatoes.
Always delicious! The staff at the White Hall, West Virginia location is great! They are always very accommodating. Service is usually quick and efficient! Taco Bell is always adding new items to their menu. Check out the Taco Bell app for free food rewards!
