05/10/24 look at the picture The manager and the gentleman that worked driver thru was friendly and helped me out with my issues. Too bad there’s not more of the people. I work at IUPUI and eat here a lot and tonight was an awesome experience 11/28/2023 at 7pm UPDATE DRIVE THUR NOT THE ONLY SERVICE WAITED MY ENTIRE LUNCH FOR MY ORDER
I come to this Taco Bell because I DoorDash I don’t come to this Taco Bell anymore for personal food anymore. I don’t think they know how to handle drive-through DoorDash orders and people coming inside the restaurant at the same time. Should noone be waiting for a whole hour just to receive some food DoorDash should not be sitting there for a whole hour. When you have Dashers that’s ready to pick up the food that’s already ready and they’re sitting for hour so that means the food that’s ready been sitting there for over an hour because they don’t know how to manage a restaurant yall need to find someone that knows how to manage that means not coming there because they want the title, but actually knowing how to manage a restaurant and get things moving for the company it’s a business. This is unacceptable. It’s every time I come. First picture 2:15 Second picture 2:46 third picture 2:58 fourth picture 3:16 All A.M.
Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos are ridiculously inexpensive; some of the other burritos on the Value Cravings Menu are almost as inexpensively filling, including some breakfast burritos.
The indoor area appears closed for very early breakfast (ie, drive-thru only.) It should be open in the late morning.
Sometimes the employees here seem miserable (and sometimes not.) But they've always gotten my order correct, and in a short amount of time - despite being a busy location near downtown.
About what you'd expect from a taco bell.... dirty lobby, worker in the back eating and making food with the same gloves (while dressed in a bra and pajama pants and slippers), getting flipped off when we ask them to remake our order that was literally turning our whole bag soggy as if it were doused in water? And god forbid we get a drink. Nasty looks every time we ask for our cup we paid $2 for. I used to work in food service myself, so I get that you aren't paid enough to be great, not even good, but you should at least have /some/ competence and regard for safety.
UPDATE‼️ I think they completely fired those staff!! Kitchen looks clean, never had Taco Bell taste as good as this since I was a kid. Service is a lot better and everything is super fresh, which hasn't been the case for a long time. Burritos are actually filled and not mostly tortilla. I appreciate these guys. Food service workers, especially ones like this, deserve to get paid more. Being in college and having low income, Taco Bell is one of our only places to really go for takeout if we're feeling bored of the same old food at home. The service we had was disheartening for a while, so I'm glad standards have raised a little bit.
The rudest staff I've ever encountered. They refuse to take your orders so expect to use the kiosk. An employee was handing out cups while I was waiting for my food. When my food finally arrived, I asked for a cup and the employee started screaming and cursing at me. She told me I should have said something while she was passing out cups earlier. No ice available to the public and when I stood at the counter to ask for ice from the back, everyone just kind of looked at me instead of helping me. Took 15 minutes just to get a cup of ice.
I ordered from them and they did not provide me my Chicken Quesadilla or my Berry Freeze Drink. Uber said they did not provide the items so I called the store. After about 6 or 7 rings, someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me. The fries were not even WARM and the hard taco shells were COMPLETELY stale. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience this evening! After spending $40 this is how they treat their customers.
Left a review earlier about a poor experience in which I did not receive a refund for an order that was messed up. The review was deleted. I’m leaving it again. I will also be calling corporate and the ATC about the lack of IDing for young people that I saw tomorrow.
I'm at this taco bell way more than I want to admit but every time I'm there my food is great, they are quick and nobody that works there has ever been rude to me, even when I had to bring my food neck bc it was wrong. Probably one of my favorite TB locations on the west side of Indy.
