Personally I've never had an issue with this location. The food has always been good and the employees have always been pleasant. The facility seems to be clean and I think that when I dine in I have always seen an employee taking care of the lobby.
Ever since they remodeled this has become one of my favorite fast food spots in Edinboro! I never went to Taco Bell but wanted to give them a shot once remodeled and I have not had bad service yet!!!! The food….amazing. The customer service…fantastic. The store itself….clean as can be! I get Taco Bell on the regular now, they even labeled which tacos were regular so we know which had extra meat and which didn’t! They are amazing!!!!
Dined in the first day in town with no problems but ordered take out on the kiosk the second day and got home to find I got sausage instead of bacon in my crunch wraps. Didn't taste bad but gotta go with 3 stars since it seems like problems with orders is reoccurring here. On the plus side the interior looks like it's cleaned very well and frequently and the workers were nice.
Never had any issues with my order, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is off the charts. One of its employees (or former employees) almost always asks how your day has been when you go through the drive-thru and if you ask him how his has been he replies “Great! I’m having a Baja Blast!”
Multiple times my order has been messed up no replacement or credit is ever issues. Do not order here unless you want to be overcharged for food you didn't get.

Manager of the shift was very unprofessional, very rude, yelled, all we were trying to do, was ask a question about the mobile app. She said “there’s nothing I can do, you’re just out that money it sounds like.” Don’t recommend at all.
They changed there menu! The gentleman helped on what I wanted cause it wasn't on the menu anymore!
