Terrible rude service. I just don't understand it. If they are not happy to work there, why not just quit.
Whoever ever was working the window today at lunch, I'm sorry ???? you are in such a bad mood, but you did not need to pass your bitterness off to others.
They are always out of products also.
I do love Taco Bell normally, but the problem is this is the closest one to where I'm working for a quick trip for lunch. Just wish they could get an order right with out being so bitter. ????

Young lady at the register was giving attitude and very disturbing faces to customer and myself. I asked for a sauce and water cup.
Young lady said to do it myself on the kiosk and that they do not have anymore water cups, yet when I said I’ll pay for it she gave me the smallest cup for $2.62.
I’m very disappointed been lunch time, it’s my lunch break and I would have loved to enjoy my meal for the day. Instead it was ruined by the service and the order was wrong.
You he lady did not provide me with the recipe, when she was handing orders out she would not say the name completely or would just put the order on the counter as if the customers knew which one is thier.
I would very much like for management to get involved and correct this behavior.
Just not good. Simply some type of attempt at mush thrown on a broken taco shell. No real meat; a few micro pieces of shredded cheese, and lots of lettuce. Horrible attempt at a taco. Waste of time and money at this location. This is one if not the WORST taco bells that I have ever visited in the U.S. Avoid this place all together. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else....
Lady was in the middle of taking our order & told us “I’m not talking to you” we drove off right there. Will not be getting our business again. -10/10. Always attitudes when we go there
We came in the drive thru at 11:10 pm. We were told there wasn’t ANY drinks. No explanation as to why but they still charged full price for the meals. The cashier put medium water. We didn’t get them. We also got charged for a donation which was NOT asked if we wanted. We were told to park at the front door but there wasn’t anyone else in the line. Poor quality of service and food.
Worst place to eat in town really poor education

Just horrible Taco Bell
Seriously the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in the country. I’ve never been satisfied once here and I’ve lived in this town for 25 years. I try to refrain from eating Taco Bell until I go to Denham Springs where it’s hands down the absolute best. Workers couldn’t care less about what’s served over here. I had to put my own cheese on my Mexican pizza. They only covered ¼ of it. Didn’t even bother to cut my quesadilla. Great job. And not like the franchisee is going to do anything anyways. They know they can take advantage of everyone who comes here since there isn’t another Taco Bell anywheres close. Garbage service. Garbage food. Garbage employees. Wish corporate would do something about it.
Ordered three soft shell tacos, 2 orders of guacamole and a chalupa. Got home and looked in bag, food was just tossed in the bag with stuff everywhere. Also order was wrong! Received 3 hard shell tacos, one order of guacamole. The employee Ms. Shay did come out and apologize and refunded our order soo I will say the customer service was fair!
