I am not sure what is going on at this location. The service and food quality here has been greatly decreasing for a considerable amount of time. My 5 year old daughter asked to go there thou. I agreed to take her there against my better judgement from past experiences. I was the third car in line. The lady in the first car in line opened her door and told us that the employee said they were not taking orders for at least 25 minutes and left. The next car in line pulled up and her order was immediately taken. Then I drove up and they told me they were not taking orders for 20 minutes. I thought it was a joke at first. I questioned why and they said there was people in the lobby and people in the drive-through. I question how they knew it was going to take 20 minutes when it was fast food. I was told the employee on the speaker was the only one in the building. I questioned why two of us were told 20 and 25 minutes but the person in between us got instant service. The employee said timing. This is very interesting. All three of us were at the speaker within 30 seconds of each other I would have to assume the middle person was a family member or a friend of the employee and being given different service than the rest of us customers. Hopefully this person doesn’t get hurt working alone with no one to help her.
Seems things are on an upswing. Orders completed, food prepared well. Other than employees complaining abt management when we were at counter w other employees... Place was clean. Improvement!
Unfortunately, we went out of our way, on a Monday, and they were closed, apparently for a lack of employees. Very disappointed. Changed my stars from a good (finally!!) rating to a poor. Taco Bell, do better.
I have been to this location twice, heard staff talking about being understaffed and refusing to take orders both times. I understand it’s hard to hire and keep employees. But make it worthwhile for your employees to stay and be happy . The owner should maybe try a little harder to keep his people happy. Won’t be coming back hopefully lighten the work load slightly. Witch sucks I like Taco Bell.
Will make you sit at the speaker for 10 minutes just to tell you the wait will be 25 minutes. Every time I stop here they’re either doing online orders only or make you sit at the speaker forever. Some signage or cones blocking the drive thru would solve the issue, but that seems to advanced for them. Better off going somewhere else.
The store is constantly closed at night. 9:30 and they’re only taking door dash? This has been going on for so long. How can they stay in business closing 5 1/2s early? If they do happen to be open they have very limited options due to not having food cooked or available. Employees are nice but that doesn’t cure my hunger.
The food is usually pretty good as far as taco bell standards. The bigger issue I have is that I am often missing items. I ordered again tonight and was missing the chips and cheese from my combo, usually it's the cinnamon twists that don't make the bag or the occasional taco. I highly recommend double checking your order before you drive away.
I give you a one star because you always seem to “run” out of food. And won’t have any ready for 30 minutes. How does a restaurant not plan ahead? If you realize you’re running low. Why not start making more before you actually run out?
Went to the drive thru and was told they were only doing mobile app or online orders. Went across the street to Culver's waited 10 min for food and not a single car showed up at the restaurant. That also didn't get turned away.
