Usually our orders are correct and they're fast but tonight all my tacos were smashed. I am always polite when I order my food but I feel like this was done on purpose. We had a huge order and I could understand a few but every single taco? Whether you like your job or not is not my fault. Treat your customers right because without us you have no taco bell and no taco bell means no job. This was the night time crew btw.Thank you!
Overall a good Taco Bell. Service is fast and the orders are accurate. I like going inside to use the kiosk. There are so many options and ways to modify the food that you can switch things up. Plus you can easily see all the new menu items and ways to change them.
The Drive-thru is so narrow it is almost impossible to not hit the curb even with a regular pickup truck. A lot of Taco Bells have the same problem, but this one is the worst one I have encountered.
The service and food was excellent. The lady at the drive-thru was super friendly.
They recently updated the taco bell during Covid. The online ordering features also work well here.
The staff, many have been working there for years. They just know what they are doing.
You won't get stuck here pulling up while the people behind you get served in order.
I have had very few issues with this taco bell and if something was missing from my order the manager is very apologetic. They even go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.
All-in-all I love this Taco Bell above all others. They know my order based on my voice and I am sure I am putting the owners kids through college with my frequent purchases. Keep up the good work and bring back the Carmel Apple Enpinada

As my husband and I were finding a seat in havard taco bell, he went to sit on a chair and fell. An employee named Brian came over quickly and helped him off the floor. Without Hesitation. We just want to thank brian for going above and beyond he duties.
I would give 0 stars. Every time they mess up my order. Tonight I got the double steak burrito without the cheese on top. These idiots put ground beef also instead of steak. They don’t know how to take an order. I won’t buy from this store anymore. They don’t even give you your receipt. Don’t go here. They’re pathetic and can’t even work a fast food restaurant right. 0 stars in my eyes. I could say more but not worth it. Just don’t go to this location.
Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. They have never messed up my order, they are very nice, and the food always comes out very quickly even when they are busy!
