Taco Bell in Erie, PA is a standout fast food dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile.
The food itself was absolutely delicious. The taco had a perfectly crunchy shell, making for a very satisfying and filling dinner.
The fact that I was there during happy hour further enhanced my experience, by getting a deal on my iced cold soda!
In addition to the great food and service, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. The dining area was tidy and well-maintained, and I noticed the staff constantly wiping down tables and restocking condiments. It's clear they take great pride in providing a comfortable dining experience for their customers.
Overall, my trip to Taco Bell in Erie was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area and would highly recommend this location to anyone craving some tasty Mexican-inspired cuisine.
If I wanted a soft taco I would have ordered one. Got Hard shell could have made a taco salad out of them! Shells completely broken and soft????
Their prices have gone up so much without food quality or portion sizes to match. They don't have anyone working the front end so you have to place your own order on the kiosk. There was flyers on every table about delivery, kind of giving the impression that they didn't want you dining in.
came here today for lunch, ask for extra chicken and cheese on my belle grande and that didn't happen. got maybe 4 pieces of chicken . asked for sauces they didn't give me any, when I came back thru and asked the lady acted like it was a huge deal and basically threw them. food not worth the price!
Only gave 4 stars overall because the ice machine almost never works. 5 stars otherwise. The workers are great.
told the manager what i wasn't happy about and she said if all you are gonna do is complain, dont ever come back here! and walked away. Just found out SHE has been let go, So TACO BELL breakfast again. WOO HOO.
The change the menu too much. I find something I like and it's gone within a month; repeatedly.
We got food for 5 people tonight and not even that much and it was 70$!!!.. wth!? If your going to charge steakhouse prices for fast food at least hire people who know how to make the food worth that!! None of our food was good, tacos were soggy, chalupas we're not fried enough at all, and the quesadillas had almost NO sauce they were dry!! Wth is going on!?? 70$ for some tacos and the food is garbage!!! Our family is done with Taco Bell this is just ridiculous and not ok!
