Ordering in advance is useless. Ordered 12 minutes in advance and show up, no one there or came for another 5 min after and they still weren't ready. Not fast food. Slow food. And when I looked in the window I saw many people doing much of nothing - at least 3 people there joking around. UPDATE: got home and opened the food and they got every item in the order wrong - no customizations we paid for - and the hard tacos were totally soggy and inedible. We only got tacos and one bowl so they took 20 minutes to make the bowl while the tacos sat there getting soggy I guess?? Tried to call them to reverse the charges and they are not even picking up.
I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas at the drive-thru. I was the only car in line. I received my order a little slower than expected. But it was delivered with a kind smile and an apology. Imagine my kid's surprise when they opened the food and one of the quesadillas was 1/2 the size of a regular quesadilla!!! How could that NOT be intentional? Should it be considered an oversight? I don't think so. How do I get my money back???
I rarely write reviews unless I have something meaningful to say- I had just got off work, a long not so good day, and the guy with dreadlocks (sorry I didn’t get your name) that took my order in the drive thru changed all that. The friendliest service and through a brief conversation changed my whole day around. Just wanted to leave a thank you
This is the slowest drive-thru in the Pittsburgh area. I waited 27 minutes from the time I pulled into line until I was handed my food. I watched three cars behind me leave and I would have done the same had I not been trapped in by other cars, bushes and concrete.
STAY AWAY ALL COSTS!!!!
This is not an isolated incident. I had left before after placing my order because no one ever came to the window. That time I was the only car there and after waiting eight minutes at the window after placing my order and no one appeared, I drove off.
This place is a running joke with the locals.
When you have to feel embarrassed about asking for taco sauce, when this is a taco bell! Its not a great place. Order taker, was so rude and snappy. Inpaitent. My husband is blind and cant see what he wants. Thanks for making us feel like we were wrong to order from you. We surely wont be back.
I placed an app order around 8:10 am. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:15, I waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes and no one helped, I drove around and tried going through the front door, it was locked. As I was walking back to my car another car pulled into the drive thru, they got helped almost immediately so I decided to follow and go back through the drive thru. They helped me this time, but now I've been sitting in line blocked in by two cars for 20 minutes for an order I don't even want anymore because I'm late for work but I've already pre-paid for it. Tried submitting a request through the app for a refund but it kept crashing. This is insane
Ordered Mexican pizzas but beans weren’t properly refried just put globs on it, also the tortilla is supposed to be flour tortillas but they instead used the yellow tortillas in a Mexican Pizza which I hadn’t seen. Not only that but the tortillas were all stale and soggy and don’t take good at all. Completely had to throw away the whole order.
Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Drive thru has a sewage smell behind the building. Slow, rude employees who truly do not care and it shows in the food prep. Go to the KFC/Taco Bell combo a few miles up the road, much better.
