Kinda disappointed that i spent $4 on a “large freeze” it was 13oz of flavored ice. i even asked to make sure i got the right size. couldn’t imagine what the small would be.
Drive Thur was having system issues, it happens. Went inside to order went to kiosk opted to pay at register with cash. A lady behind the counter was rude and unprofessional . Yell to customers about the drink options they "don't have dont ask" then proceeded to yell again use the kioks. Had she bothered to look, our order was placed. We decided that it's not worth the price to deal with all of this attitude.
I pull up to the drive-through speaker. I asked the girl if she can give me a minute. As find decide what I wanted and telling her, then she told me they have a limited menu, Then some guy gets on the speaker and tells me that they close in an hour, so they’re only serving regular tacos and burritos. ???? Ok…so I ordered my wife’s taco and drink then ordered my 2 taco supreme minus tomato, less lettuce and EXTRA cheese. I get home and go to eat my tacos and each had enough sour cream for 3 tacos, barely any meat and NO EXTRA CHEESE I PAID FOR!! ????
Idgaf if you close in 10 minutes or 10 hours, I should get the same customer service and same menu that everybody else does during ALL business hours. And I do understand that employees would like to get out of there at a decent time, but it shouldn’t be at the mercy of paying customers. It just shows bad work ethic, bad customer service and just pure laziness!!
Ordered veggie power bowl. $7… if there was an ounce of food in the container I would’ve surprised . Simply horrible.; no beans just black goo, teaspoon of guacamole, old dry rice, drop of sour cream. Not half a bowl, or a third… closer to a forth, if that.
Guess I’ll wait another two years and try again…
I went through the drive thru, and the staff was professional and cheerful. Verified my order and provided the correct order in a timely manner with a smile. The food was hot and seemed freshly made.
I guess this is what you get now when you order the chips and cheese with extra cheese. They're both only filled less than a 1/4 of the container. Because the manager was in a hurry to close the store. At 3pm.
Love my Englewood Taco Bell!! The girls at the drive thru are always super nice, very friendly and always super quick service!! You girls are awesome!! One of my favorite quick lunch spots. I work close so it's nice and quick and convenient!!
We eat taco bell more than I care to admit lol. But go to Venice! We went inside because we figured maybe our food would come out better. We spent $50 and got extra because we thought it would be good. The grilled cheese steak burritos were made with the wrong rice and barely warm. The soft taco Supremes had literal frozen tomatoes and ice on them and the soft taco itself was stale and hard! The tea tasted like a sour wash cloth. Will not eat there again. So bummed because we love those burritos when they are made correctly! Will make the 35 min drive to Venice for them instead! Threw away $50 worth of food!! Disgusting!!
