Good truck stop when you don't want heavy food, and 4 stars for not being a 24 hours restaurant for us truckers that can't stop any and everywhere. But it's a good place to go when they are open before 10pm I believe, 10 pm is a time when the truckers that does local driving night shift
That begins when I myself start to feel to take a break or a lunch break before 1am like myself ...... But nothing rarely is open! I'm thankful that the truck stops with McDonald's has beginned again for 24 hours but one of the pilots with the McDonald's on the same route of 75 close there McDonald's at 3:00 am to 5 am so coming here and the restaurant is closed is a pretty sad issue to me! But thanks for the service when opened and running!
Okay...I want to start off by saying the guy in the back that makes the tacos is awesome. He throws down some tacos and interacts with everyone he makes food for, he is not the problem . The problem is the woman taking orders. There is a system in place, take orders, take the name, then dish out food calling the names. She must have been on some good downers! Because she could barely talk, didn't take any names was just winging it, then takes 3 whole minutes to put on gloves to help the guy in the back, by the time she was ready he was done. The orders she does make she made wrong causing the guy to remake it.
So glad the guy asked her and I quote "Why in the F___ are you back here? "We all lost it laughing!
Please get this guy some help, we are a whole crew from the Home Depot distribution center that come here every weekend to eat lunch.
Food was disgusting. The beans were so old they were hard as a rock and 90% of what I ordered had beans in it. The hard tacos were soggy and tasted stale at the same time. I don't live far away and all the food was cold. Ordered extra cheese on my burrito supreme and didn't even taste any. Just absolutely gross. Will never go there again.
I did not eat at this time, but I have eaten at the subway here several times and always had great service and things were fresh and clean!
The girl was new but was curious and did her job by assessing her staff leader and asking questions to assist me the answers I needed in question MISSION ACCOMPLISHED STAFF LEADER PROMINENT PROFESSIONAL CURIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST MY NEEDS WAY TO GO TACO BELL AT PILOT LOCATIONS!
THANK YOU FOR
SAM'S JOURNEY SAFE TRAVELS
This a great place to grab a quick bite. Excellent food and good service. This my favorite Taco Bell. I eat here at least once a week and I'm never disappointed.
This Taco Bell is with in the pilot travel center, it’s a great stop for refreshments and the rest rooms are very clean.
Absolutely horrible the girl that took my order was beyond rude did not catch her name as she was not wearing a name tag. Not sure what the point of wearing a mask on their chin is, order was not correct and took over ten minutes to recieve my order because one of the girls figured it would be a better idea to fill the sauce behind the counter than help with the order
