This is by far the worst Taco Bell we've ever been to. Staff was very rude. The ice machine was out of ice, I asked them to fill the cups to the top with ice, they just put a couple cubes in. I had to ask 3 times for ice. The burrito my mom ordered wasn't edible. She took it to the counter and they said "I just made what the receipt said" and never apologized. We were walking out and there was a man coming in. My mom told him to go to a different Taco Bell because this was the worst one ever. He turned out to be th store manager, Robert. He was very kind, and offered our next trip to be on him. I don't know if we'll take him up on it. We were not pleased at all and the way they treated my mother was totally unacceptable.
This taco bell is something else. I went in tonight, ordered 2 beefy melts and 1 Chipotle melt. Got home and I had 4 burritos, 1 Chipotle melt and a taco. The employees must be smoking something because it wasn't even close. My girlfriend opened her chicken Chipotle melt and it was just chicken and unmelted cheese with no Chipotle sauce. Loud rap music was blaring in the kitchen, employees were cursing and it smelled like weed. Kids were fighting and sprinting in circles around the store, 0/10, go somewhere else. Food is consistently bad.
The male working the drive through had an attitude after I asked if service was delayed inside. This was after he told me the drive through was closed. He said, lol, "Longer you wait in drive through, longer it takes." Hilarious, but dude shouldn't be working in fast food.
Closed two hours early and refused to make the mobile order I had already placed. Did not care, and offered no hospitality. Terrible customer service. Yes, I am this bent. I work at Taco Bell, and this is a sorry excuse of a franchise.
Customer service is out the door. Kiosk service only and if you're paying with cash, you have to stand in line twice. I am done. Will avoid as much as possible. Good luck with your no service policy.
My tacos were all broken into pieces like someone punched and broke the shells, it looked like I got nachos and cheese with how horrible the taco shells were broken. And they were barely wrapped, they were falling out of the wrapper in pieces.
I probably won't ever come back to this location.
I drive an ambulance for work and we some times do long distance transports. and we have to make late night stops for food after a long drive. Many places are very difficult to order from and get frustrated when we walk up to ask about getting food, since our truck doesn’t fit in the drive-thru, but the crew was very accommodating and made great food as well.
One of the best Taco Bells I’ve been to, with friendly staff and quick service!
I used to go here often, but no more. Tonight, about 7:30pm, I ordered my usual 4 Dorito Shell tacos. When I got them they were smashed to pieces. Not just into one or two pieces, but each one was in a dozen pieces. I had to eat them with a fork.
There's no way they made the taco in a broken shell. They had to have made the taco, then smashed them intentionally.
I wonder what else they do to our food that we don't know about?
The frustrating thing is they don't show up on the Taco Bell website so I can't contact the company and complain.
