some of us don't eat fast food often so after walking in and getting a rude look from the TWO employees working, because we wanted to order at the register and not kiosk. Once I sat down I realized half the room had 10 Kiosks and zero customers. Chairs facing walls ???? ???? loud public radio ???? and televisions set to the news. This place was trying to get people to leave. I miss the 90s.
One of the employees makes an unpleasant joke - he orders an order just before closing for a large amount. The order cannot be picked up as the restaurant is already closed.
The food is ok. It's taco bell. The service at this location is horrible, and not very friendly. But a great place to come to at 4am on a Saturday when you're starving and nothing else is open
Service was great considering it was 2am and 90% of the people in here were drunk. They messed up our order, but quickly fixed it and let us keep the extra food. Clean for the most part. No public bathroom for those that use them. Overall, great taco bell.
NEVER again. What a dumpster fire. The staff is unhygienic, rude, and unfocused with a group of folks always waiting for orders. Meat is non-existent in orders, nor are gloves. They literally DO NOT care, and why should they? Mediocre food with lazy staff coupled with greasy, rude customers and I guess I realize I’ve outgrown garbage Taco Bell. Enjoy over-paying for microwaveable trash — I’m done! ????????♂️
Update: I threw it out and ordered myself a happy meal. And it showed up correct. McD always trumps Taco Hell.
As a Lakeview resident, this location can deliver within 20 min. Also, breakfast taco bell is low-key underrated.
Again, its taco bell so temper expectations. But, hooray for warm, reliable, fast, predictable food to your doorstep. Thanks for always adding the salsa.
We ordered from this location via a food delivery app. The order was delayed over 2 hours and we never received the food. We were also not refunded $90 of food not received. I would advise you never order from this taco bell location.
I would give this place 0 stars if allowed, I’ve waited over an hour and a half for food. You could literally go to a Michelin Star restaurant and have a 6 course meal by the time this Taco Bell makes your dorito taco. Waste of time and money.
