Overall, it was a great experience. The service was great, we interacted with two employees, one that took our order and one that delivered it to us. Both were happy and had great smiles.????
My complaint was the floors were not clean, we were there after 9:30am and our thought was, the floors should have been swept last night or earlier before they opened. Nevertheless, they were not clean.
However, our food was great and they got our order right. Furthermore, the service was awesome. We loved it
there and enjoyed everything else. They just need to clean up a bit.
Food was right and super good, portions were amazing, unlike other locations. Guy working the drive thru was incredibly nice, informative and great at his job. Girl in back, W. Leaven I believe? Did an amazing job on my food and made sure I was actually full when I finished. All around, great job! I'd even go as far as saying this was by far my best Taco Bell experience ever! Thanks and keep it up!
Only go if Eli is working because he's the only good worker that cares about the food people are eating. The rest of the crew, including managers, will give you gross food and treat you very disrespectfully if you politely ask for fresh fries. Seriously though shout out to Eli for making things right and being such a dope guy! Would have been 1 star is not for him
We've eaten here so many times and I'm not sure we've ever had our order given to us correctly. Something is always missing and I do mean always. Every single time. Last night the one thing I ordered for myself was missing. My husband counted how many things were in the bag for the family but miscounted. So we didn't realize it was missing until we got home. I'm not driving 20 minute back to the restaurant for a $8 burrito supreme and 20 minutes back, so I called for a refund. I'm not paying them $8 for something that wasn't given to me. I was told I could come pick up the burrito, it was still in the warmer. I explained why I'm not doing that, I want a refund instead for the food they clearly did not give me. Then they told me I had to come down in person to get a refund so they could refund my card...even though I paid on the app using Google pay. There is no card to be refunded. The only possible way I can get my $8 back for the missing items is to be further inconvenienced and waste 40 minutes of my time driving back and forth to fix their mistake. It's 2024. They can accept digital payments on the app but can't refund digital payments? Unbelievable. I'm contacting Google pay to do a charge back because this is unacceptable. Do NOT pull away from that window without opening every single wrapper to make sure all the items are there. There's a 98% chance it will be wrong. They obviously aren't trained on reading a screen to know what goes into a bag.
It used to be good. Now all of the employees are insanely rude. I was passed my bag one night and a girl w short hair and glasses came up from the grill line as I was driving away and said "Go kill yourselves."
Yeah that's right,I heard you. Pathetic. I regret not going back around and saying something.
If you hate your job that bad go work somewhere else. Haven't been back since, won't go back.
We eat here so very often. It’s my first choice for I don’t feel like cooking dinner fallback plan. The gentleman that runs the drive-through is always super friendly and and takes care of us. He deserves a raise.
The service at this location is horrible. It was the only Taco Bell that I went to in the county, & now I’m done with them. I had an employee hang up on me 2 weeks ago when my order was wrong.
I have them a break & went back. I walked in by myself but there was a group of 4 behind me. Also the was a couple that came in after the group of 4. Every employee was waiting on drive thru. I walked out. The couple left.
I’m an avid drinker of Pepsi products & if this is how they run a business I will drink Melow Yellow & be done with them. I’m tired of the non service. Get it right or close it down.
The food isn’t that good to pay the price for it.

If I wanted fried dough...then I would have asked for that. Also, I paid for extra cheese sauce on my quesodillas.... should I order triple to get enough to cover the damn tortilla???? I guess Taco Bell fell in suit with the low quality agenda. Howbsad
